I'm sorry. I LOVED HEX. In the way that is fun, exciting, engrossing (And not in a soap opera way). It was so naturally intoxicating, I can't remember an episode before Committed which has had me as hooked as this one.

Kudos. I love that they are consistently bringing such a self aware, intelligent, and fun atmosphere to the show. It's by far and away the most refreshing and enjoyable aspect of Smallville in S8, and represents the single thing Smallville has been missing in 7 prior seasons.

(Well, they could have had it more with Lois, but chose to expound on her other personality areas....can't complain now that we've finally got a full-on-lovable lois.)

Bloodline is my favorite episode all season, followed by Identity so I picked that double option. The 3 BQM episodes(Committed, Hex and Bulletproof) are #3-5 on my fav list.

I would say Infamous. Just because the last scene is one of the best ever (for me). Then there is Legion, Turbulence, Identity, Committed and Hex. To be honest, my choices are only according to Clark lol (except Infamous, of course)
In Legion, Infamous, Turbulence, Identity he is just AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...I know I know...
And then the ones with Clois : there are jewels but I focus on Clark before so...

My favorites are Prey, Identity, Bride, Legion, and Infamous. The episode with the best ending was definitely Bride.

I liked Hex so much I felt like the little neighbor kid on the tricycle at the end of Incredibles. Closest I got to that feeling recently was Bulletproof.

I love almost the entirety of this episode, save for "Power" and "Requiem." For me, the best episodes are still "Abyss" and "Bride." Second would be the mighty duo of "Bloodline" and the incredible "Identity." Then would come "Infamous" and "Hex," followed by "Odyssey" and the "Legion"/"Bulletproof" pair. Man... I cannot WAIT to get this season on DVD so I can rewatch all these excellent episodes. For all the whining many of us (including me) were doing a few episodes ago, you would think this wasn't an enjoyable season, but it's had a TON of high moments.

Thanks, I was here to add it to my list. Bride is one of the episodes from season 8 I watch the most. Finally, I can't really choose lol even if Infamous is my favorite, for the others (see the list above) I like very much it is hard ...;)

I liked the non-Lana parts of Requiem, but there weren't too many. The Toyman was really cool.

I have to disagree. Clark was really seen stepping up his game in Prey. So much that Jimmy was able to find out who he really was, though the next episode changed it. I really liked John Jones Metropolis detective. We really need to see more of him. We also got to see more of the aftermath of Davis' killings as Doomsday.

And I was disappointed in Clark in Hex when he dismissed Jimmy's ramblings about Davis being a serial killer in Hex when in Prey he was thinking the same thing and how he knows Doomsday/the destroyer is out there and how he even saw him with his own eyes at Chloe's wedding. This should be a huge red flag for Clark and I really wanted them to show him re-open his Davis investigation in Hex.

I thought this episode was great, but I loved Turbulence. Loved it. I want to bear it fat, angry babies.

I'd probably throw Committed second place, then Identity, Bloodline, Hex.

Hex without question! TW and ED knocked the ball out of the park on this one, and Zatanna's character was awesome! Oliver and Chloe were terrific too!! Awesome episode all the way around from the writing, acting to directing!:D

I think Bride has been the best episode of this season if only for the cast. The only cast member that was absent was Cassidy as Tess, but I didn't feel her absence too much. This episode had Clark, Chloe, Lois, Lana, Jimmy, Oliver, and Davis. Also, Lana's role was very much in the background, not drowning the episode in Clana romance. No other episodes this season had the perfect cast combination that this episode had.

I was not expecting this episode to be that good, but it totally blew me away. Clark flies, Chloe is officially Watchtower and come on how can you beat the magic and Zatanna. I loved it hands down number 1 so far.

This has been a very volatile season for me, in terms of greatness. It can be really really bad or really really good. I just hope season 9 will have more solid plotlines. But I do like Season eight, somehow it's one of my favorite seasons and least favorite seasons at the same time. I can't explain it, but anyway, that poll was hard to decide, and made me realize that this season is better than i give it credit. So from now on, only positive things from this kryptonsiter! Okay, I'm done talking now.
