The 1st instance is Jonathan finishing Clark's sentence at the farmhouse in Asylum. Clark said he'd never seen Lex so angry (when Clark refused to break him out) and "It's like he just went..."
2nd instance was Lex finishing Lana's sentence at the mansion in Whisper. She'd gone to protest Lex's paying of her medical bills and Lex said it was the least he could do after causing her injuries. Lana said it wasn't his fault, "Lex, you were..."
And I believe HU is correct with the 3rd instance. At the skating rink in Unsafe she finished Clark's sentence "Alicia, going to California would be..." after she'd suggested they just run away.

Hehehe, I watched an old Supernatural episode on cable last night (Children shouldn't play with dead things) and there were three actors I immediately recognised.
