1st instance - Lana to Clark at the Talon when she first saw him after his return from Metropolis in Phoenix in response to his line that he was protecting her.

2nd instance - Clark to Chloe in the barn in Trespass after Chloe told him that Lana was hiding (from the stalker) in her apartment.

3rd instance - Chloe to Lana in Lana's SMC room in Noir when Lana said she went through with the wedding to protect Clark.

Lex said, "It's the truth" (twice - once at the beginning before they flash back to one week earlier, then again when they catch back up to that scene) to the fake Jude Royce in Zero when he was hanging upside down in a straight jacket at Club Zero and "Jude" was demanding the real story.

Hmm, I didn't hear the Sleeper instance as a question but I won't argue (it was certainly a single word sentence). :) The 2nd one was what I was after.

Your line was Clark to Cyrus Krupp about his transmission tower (when Cyrus took Clark to it) in Visitor.

Actually, I think there are 3 instances.

1st instance was Lana to Lex at their engagement party in Crimson after Clark crashed the party. She said "Lex, he's obviously on something, and he wants us to react. Please don't." Awesome, awesome scene. :D

2nd instance was Jimmy to Chloe at the Talon near the end of Odyssey when Chloe brought up the subject of the unfinished business about a ring.

3rd instance (which may be up for debate) was Chloe in Edge City (as heard by Clark's superhearing) in Doomsday as she and Davis were ambushed by the JLA. I believe you can hear her say "Please don’t. Don’t! Stop! No!"
