Zatanna = Megan Fox with Talent

That's all I kept thinking whenever she popped up on screen. She looked so much like Megan Fox, but she was ACTUALLY a good actress! I'd say one of the best adaptations of a DC comics character ever, she fit the role perfectly and it wasn't a down-grade like many of Smallville's versions of characters. Loved it!

I really like their version of the Green Arrow, but alot of the other characters just feel like shells of their comic book counterparts (Doomsday the ambulance driver, etc). Not the case this time though, this was really the Zatanna from the comics come to life. Of course she's younger and learning, but the characterization was perfect, as was the costume.

Definitely. Watching a character just kinda pop out the pages is always a relief and a joy! She was def true to her character. And hot too!

Yes, she was PERFECT. And her acting was really good. I have to say that "SV" does not always luck out with their guest actors talents, but she actually is a great actress.

Yes. Really hott, but can't do much else, IMO. Serinda Swan deserves more credit after this episode. Series regular? Doubt it, but would be awesome. Her performance mixed with the general awesomeness of this episode made me remember why Smallville used to be my favorite show.

She definitely topped Maxima, she was terrific!! And her miniskirt outfit in the beggining kinda reminded me of Lois in 'Crimson', when she had redk on her and dressed herself up for Clark!

Just googled Serinda and Megan and I thinK Serinda is prettier but they do look a little alike. While watching Transformers I couldnt get past how fake Megan's teeth looked to notice if she could act or not.

I really liked this interpretation of Zatanna. She was a really good actress with a lot of natural charm and mystique around her. I hope and highly recommend that the producers bring her back again, hopefully with some of Oliver's other Justice League buddies, or for a chance to team up with Clark a second time.

Megan looks fake all together. She has one of those fake tan looks goin' for her. I'll still admit she looks good, but after seeing this episode Serinda looks better. I do see a little Lindsay Lohan in there, but only slightly.

Would be nice to find a better version of the picture of Serinda naked with the guitar.

I like how at the end, they leave it WIDE open for her character to return. Possibly even as a Justice League member. Like I said in previous threads, this is a highlight episode for season eight.

I don't think so. She and Bruce Wayne trained under her father Zatarra. That's how Batman knows how to escape from straight jackets, handcuffs, and things of that nature. There's a whole episode about it in Batman: The Animated Series. I'm not sure how she learned all this magic though, but I'm sure you can check it out on Wikipedia.

Nice pun there. I have a feeling she's going to be "discovered" fairly soon, so I hope SV snags her for a few more episodes before that happens. So far she's only had a few spots in tv shows and commercials.

I think she, Martian Manhunter, Morgan Edge, and Victor Stone are my favorite adaptations of DC characters so far. I also liked the casting they did for the Legion of Superheroes members.

Also, Marsters as Brainiac was just incredible.

I think Kara & MM were very well cast. Same with TW as Clark, though they've done his character an injustice in the way he was written since season 4.

I don't know why everyone is so down on Megan Fox Transformers was her first big budget movie so lets cut her a little slack as for Zatanna I was impressed on how they portrayed her character hopefully Smallville can bring her back
