At this moment, Lex doesn't really have a story arc. If they discover a viable way of bringing back his character then they may very well do so but until then, Lex is dead!

OK yeah, they will likely bring him back in some form and state that the Lex we saw die was really a clone but as of right now the producers only wanted to give some sort of closure to the whole Lex ordeal. I am hoping that Michael will come back to star in an episode or two near the finale but I'm also not holding my breathe.
