Here are ones I thought of.

They both have thick brown hair.

They both at one time had Shelby as a pet.

They both have a secret life.

They both have to hide their secret from people they love.

They both like milk.

You've started a Great list here. However, I don't know anything about Chuck ever having a dog named Shelby, too. :o

About Chuck and Clark's hair, I Disagree. I think that they both have GREAT hair, dark, thick, wavy, but sometimes their hair stylist gets a bit confused and can't remember the style that looked good the last time, and that's especially true for Clark. :\ As long as they keep Chuck's hair from getting too long, it looks quite becoming, IMO. As for Clark, his Season 8 hair has been so much more becoming and very attractive with a more 'grown-up' style without the bangs. I've been Loving his new hair-style. ;)

I want to ADD to the list of similarities, too.

*They're both TALL; Clark/TW is 6' 3", and Chuck/ZL is 6' 2". :p

*They both have 'best friends' who are much shorter than they are and they've been friends since childhood.

*They both have a 'Boyish' Innocence about them.

Okay, so they never came out and said the dog's name was Shelby, but it totally was! And Sarah fed him and petted him. So take that Clark Kent!!!! aka dog ignorer

Clark and Chuck are both attracted to powerful women.

Chuck and Clark both made mistakes in early relationships that screwed them up for years.

Chuck and Clark both have a super ability that sets them apart.

And one more:

Chuck and Clark never finished college.

I have another one:

They both have people that are trying to kill them.

They both wear a tie to work (Clark does now at least)

They both have friends that can hack computers.

-Both have longed for a "normal" life and have sought ways to obtain it.

-Both care deeply about their family and friends.

-Both have at least one dead parent (I guess Clark technically has three!)

In spite that Clark is normal by his own terms, becoming something you never were really sucks.

- There friends and family are very important to them and would do anything to protect them.

-They got a nobility towards them

- Were betrayed by a close friend in the past.

I don't know why they won't let chuck style his hair better. It seems to be getting flatter and more mullet - like ... me don't likes it. Anyway they almost kissed last episode like Clark and Lois in bride...and jill = lana.

jill = lana.

Now that is just cruel.

Another way they are the same (my daughter said I had to post this one).

Clark and Chuck both have a 5 letter name that starts with C and ends with K.

And this one from my husband who only endures my Chuck and Smallville obsessions

Chuck could eat a Clark bar and Clark could Chuck a bad guy through a window. (whatever!)

They've both had bad luck in relationships.

They have yet to make love with their true loves.

Umm...can't think of anything else.

They are both in comic books.
wat

That's...awesome. Hm...

-Both are kind of forced into their job by an authority figure (Jor-El at times/Beckman)

-Both reject their initial "destiny" (conquerer/living computer) in favor of more altruistic and practical paths (hero/field agent [especially in tonight's episode!]).

-When push comes to shove, for all their reluctance to embrace their abilities, it's really their moral compass and basic goodness that motivates them to do what's right, rather than obligation.

They've both been unable to consummate a relationship at one point because of things outside of their power/control.
