So is Chloe Davis' cure?

I don't know if this has been touched upon,but what do you guys make of that scene?Did her touch keep Doomsday at bay?Or was it just because Davis didn't feel threatened anymore?Could Brainiac have left some of his influence on Doomsday in Chloe?Craig did say that their connection would be explained here.I just found it odd,that he got better without killing a criminal.

Yeah I think it's just Chloe. I don't see how it could be anything else. They've been building a Chloe & Davis connection from the start of this season.

It seemed to be Chloe's voice and touch suppressed DD. I don't think Davis has to feel threatened to turn into the monster.

I think it may have to do with her empathic abilities.
But, who knows? I've always been able to tame my beast with one touch of my hand.
