Is it just me or does Jimmy seem to be getting a bit darker and edgier in this episode?
What do you guys think?

Yeah he does. But I like it. He's still a good person ya know. He's just been pushed to his limit..

Thing is, yeah, Jimmy's getting a bit darker, but he's doing it in a very Jimmy-like way. When I think Jimmy Olsen, his character pretty much puts "Silver Age" into my brain. Dressing up as a paramedic to escape a hospital? Very Jimmy, even if it's a matter of life and death. Playing the part of the fall guy? It was painful to watch, but in the comics, the whole incredulous "you don't know what you saw" thing with Jimmy insisting he saw something out of the ordinary would be very comic-relief-y and very Jimmy. Ultimately, I think this episode was a dark take on a very in-situation (if not in-character) Jimmy.
