Kennedy and Chris Redfield, to fight for the cause, Jeff decided to join the force, the building of New Raccoon City was long, but it was almost complete, but that might not be a good thing, after Jeff goes to the police office, he discovers on a new channel, that maybe another zombie outbreak, will occur, sooner than later.

Prologue: The New Face

There was an unbearable smell that surrounded Jeff when he was outside, he shifted back in forth trying to get away from the horrid smell, but it would not go away, Jeff ran to his car, trying to escape it, but it was no use, Jeff was stressed, but he ignored the smell after he got use to it, Jeff was entering about to become an officer, but he had to go through a test, he had never heard of a test, but Jeff didn’t mind.
Jeff entered the police office, the name of the office; Biohazard Offenders, made Jeff wonder what it was about, if he was joining the right squad of police men, when he greeted one of the police officers, the officer ignored the greeting, and commanded Jeff to sit and wait for the Sheriff, Jeff was a little upset at the ignorance, but since the man was an officer, he agreed and sat down, Jeff looked around the office, but it was dead silent, the only thing that was making noises, was the TV. It was on the news channel, but it wasn’t that surprising to Jeff, as it would make sense to have the channel on the news, so they could be alarmed of what is happening in the world.
The first part of the news was about a fall of tax rates, and how it has made people happier, the TV suddenly fuzzed out into static, Jeff stared madly at the clock, discovering he has been waiting for the sheriff for more than two hours, angered, he smacked the TV’s sides, the TV went back to normal, and Jeff was interested in what the next story was on the broadcast.

Chapter One: The First Incident

“Hello, I am here from the apparent ‘New Raccoon City‘, people have been wondering, Raccoon City? Well I have come to tell you, that although its Raccoon City, note that I said ‘New.’ Now, what I am about to tell you is shocking, well investigating the building of the new city early today, an innocent man found a dead corpse, although it seemed and appeared dead. Looks can be deceiving. It was reported that the man saw the corpse rise, and chase the man, the dead body was apparently trying to eat the man alive, I believe it is pure cannibalism, Allison Ruff, W.R.E”
Jeff was amazed at such an amazing story, he was disturbed, but entertained as well, finally, the sheriff came out of his office, the sheriff called Jeff in to discuss some stuff, they both walked back into the room.
“Well, how do ya like the new city?” asked the Sheriff.
“Its looking good, considering the building was only for a couple of months, say, have you heard of the story in the news about what happened in the city?” Jeff replied back with a question.
“No, I haven’t what happened, son?”
“Well, a man was looking around the city, when a dead cannibal tried to eat him, I believe it’s a zombie.”
“Haha, a zombie, eh, now, you don’t believe in such things, ya hear.” the Sheriff said with a chill in his spine.
“But its true, and since there was a zombie invasion a few years ago here…” Jeff was cut off by the Sheriff.
“Now you listen, there is no thing such as zombies, or at least, right now!” He said it was anger and pain.
“…Yes sir…” Jeff agreed.
“Alright, now for the interview, it seems you have courage, what else do ya have boy?”
“Well, I know how to handle a gun and stuff.”
“Is that all? What’s your name boy?”
“Jeff, Jeff Hopkins.”
“Well, Jeff, you’ll need to learn more than just to handle a gun, the job is about leadership, honour and…”
The Sheriff stopped when he heard a bang, Jeff heard it as well, they both looked around the room, and than decided to see what was all the noises. When the Sheriff left the room, he saw one of his man shooting at a man, the Sheriff screamed at the officer to stop shooting, but he didn’t stop, when Jeff came out and looked he looked in amazement.
“It’s a zombie…”
“What’d you say boy!?” The Sheriff shouted.
“It’s not going down, sir, its not human!” The officer warned.
Jeff and the Sheriff traded eye signals, Jeff told them to shoot at the head, when they did, the thing was dead, Jeff quickly came to investigate the scene.
“I told you…” Jeff told the Sheriff.
“So, another zombie invasion, eh?” The Sheriff joked.
“We gotta get suited, this is going to be one long night.” The officer said.
“Even me?” Jeff wondered.
The officer and the sheriff nodded, and Jeff smiled in happiness.
“Time to kill some zombies.” Jeff cheered.
“What time is it?” The officer asked.
“It’s roughly around 9pm” The sheriff answered.
“More time to kill.” Jeff interrupted.
The three opened the door, and saw more and more zombies coming to the office, the three got their weapons, the Sheriff with a shotgun, the Officer and Jeff with two pistols, they aimed at the closest zombies, and began to fire.
