Hahah more like chloe has embraced that demon. Davis can only do so much to control it, this isn't davis' fault, its just who he is. Chloe on the other hand is a monster loving, cheating, liar. Oh and a killer, LOL. who had the nerve to call tess "dangerous" ROFL.

Wasn't Doomsday a pseudo good guy in the comics when they brought him back after he killed Superman? I think I heard that him and SM teamed up at some point. Is Davis "the vigilante" supposed to be related to that?

Davis can't control his murder instinct so he is at least trying to kill only bad people (trying anyways). Davis isn't evil. Doomsday is and he has much control and influence over Davis.

Davis isn't evil. He's trying to do the right thing. AKA make the best choices with the ones placed before him. If he embraced the evil he wouldn't be going to the priest to confess.

He was more of an anti-hero in this episode. A vigilante killer and not a psychopath. It's either turn into the beast and kill everyone in his path, or kill bad guys and save innocents. Horrible choice, but it's the best one he has.

It seems he'll be seeking some redemption with Chloe now. So maybe the vigilante killings will stop.

He's not evil though. "He has no free will."

Perhaps as the priest said, Davis will be able to find a way to learn to control his inner demons with good triumphing over evil. I think Chloe represents the goodness, hence why he's looking up at her in the rain. Upward, as in his savior. The clue in that he was looking at Chloe, was the crate in the background. If you pay attention, behind Davis' feet, there is a crate, and it says "Beauty" on it. AKA Beauty and the Beast. In fact, before the scene switches from Chloe to Davis, the crate montages next to Chloe's face. So "beauty" is shown on the crate right next to Chloe's face. HMMM.

I think we'll be seeing more of Davis trying to fight the beast within. AWESOME.

Besides, is Batman evil? That's just meant to be hypothetical.
