Does anyone know the reality of the science so far?

Brain wiping is obviously the first step, but now we've had remote wiping, and eye cameras that cause temporary blindness.

I'm no expert, but I seriously doubt any of those are actually possible at this point. The eye cameras thing reminded me of Tess in the Smallville episode, "Power" lol.
