So, can Davis control Doomsday now?

Was just wondering at the last scene with Davis, at first his eyes went red and then they went back, and THEN he threw out hes schizophrenia-meds..

Can he control it?

I don't think it's control exactly. Controlling Doomsday would imply he can control his actions in that form. I think he can control his transformations now because he learned that if he kills as Davis that will prevent "The Beast" from emerging.

Actually I have to admit, I love this idea. It's a stroke of brilliance. It drives Davis into murky waters because now he's going to choose to kill to relieve himself from the pain and becoming Doomsday. It's a very grey situation which I suspect will spark a lot of debates on the boards.

well on the plus side he could kill a gang banger and not chloe when he has control. That is the plus...the bad is he is going to start to like it and need more to control himself eventually leading to nothing being enough and he transforms anyways maybe for the last time...

Yeah, not exactly control. It's not much of a choice. But it looks like Davis will do vigalante killings. He won't be total hero and yet he won't be total villian either. Simular to the Green Arrow or the Angel of Vengence.

Davis didn't run away with Chloe in Infamous (in Bride yes). Davis killed her in the original Infamous timeline once he found out she was protecting Clark. That's why Davis told her to run away (because he knew what Doomsday would do to her). It was pretty obvious.

Based on Infamous, Davis is now at the point where he can somewhat control his transformation, but completely loses it if he finds out who Clark really is, as the original Infamous timeline showed.

I'm not sure. We have this one instance of this. If it happens again, then I'd say you're right. Maybe that's how they will do it. Maybe Davis will be shown to be someone who was originally good-intentioned but someone who started killing people just to keep the beast from coming out. And in due time, by killing people just to keep the beast from coming out, he is actually becoming the beast & doing the same things the beast would do. That would actually be pretty cool & pretty ironic.

I don't think he can control it persay, I think when he gets angry or upset, it comes out more, and he can kind of stiffle it, but I don't think he can turn it on and off.
