My sister actually had a theory that Lex went into Ollies body and that was him in the scene when he black mailed Chloe. Framing a not so innocent man seems to Lex's style. And the whole scene with the Kryptonite ring seemed like Lex. I'm not sure about that theory though. It would be crazy cool if this is what happened.

I voted hes somewhere trying to figure how to survive being blown to bits. As much as I love Smallivlle, sometimes it can be one big hanging chad. With that being said, I don't get why they faux blew him up in the first place, only to have Linda Lake dangle the Lex carrot yet again. I think that they are going to make him like he is in the movie, since Tess sold Luthor Corp to Queen Industries Lex will be a penniless genius without any clue of what a Kryptonian is.
