Sylar flashback. We learned something about his character we didn't know before and why he is the way he is.

I voted for Sylar's flashback, too. Plus the lyrics from the song in the background "never break the chain" was a nice reference to Sylar being a killer just like his dad.

Definitely Sylar flashback because it explain a lot of things and shows to Sylar how bad looks killing this way for another spectators

Even though I truly enjoyed seeing Claire's mom helping and all the best part for me was Nathan saving Peter(which is always nice to see:D)
