NOTE: Spoilers for the second half of the season have been tightly locked down, until now, and we just happen to get the scoop on the season finale? Although this information comes from a reliable source, we recommend taking it with a grain of salt.

Title TBA
Airdate: April 20, 2009 (?)

Fulcrum’s plan to steal the Intersect has not gonea ccording to plan, and now “the Elders” are pissed. Ted Roark is in the hot seat, but he assures the Elders that he has something else up his sleeve.

Ellie and Awesome’s huge wedding is in danger of falling apart, but Chuck is determined to give his sister the wedding day of her dreams. Meanwhile, General Beckman is called into a meeting with several other generals and government brass to report on the Fulcrum situation and the status of the new Intersect. Her people have the situation under control and Agent Walker will soon be on her way to her next assignment with a very familiar partner. Will everything go according to plan? Will Chuck finally get to live a “normal” life? And who are the Elders? Now I know the reference to "a very familiar partner" will have everybody thinking Bryce is coming back.....but we also know Jordana Brewster will be reprising her role as Jill in this episode.

Anyone else think they are going to partner up Sarah with a "turned" Jill for this "next" assignment?

The reason I came to that thought that it is Jill they are talking about is because:

1. We know Jordana is in this episode as Jill

2. I doubt she escaped the CIA.

3. I doubt the CIA is just going to release her for no apparent reason.

That would mean she would have to be there in some official capacity ie: Sarah's partner for this next assignment.

I also doubt they would throw Bryce at us again right off the heels of this idiot MI-6 agent. I mean even though Schwatz is the king of triangle angst in TV today I doubt he would go there again so soon and also give us another facsimile of the season 1 finale to boot.

I hope this is not a full description. I was hoping for a more Chuck/Sarah relationship centered plot. Maybe that is in there but they are just keeping it close to the vest.

Sarah and Jill together as partners? Maybe we will get the Sarah/Jill fight we were cheated out of earlier in the season.

I have to agree that it wouldn't be Bryce. They have played the Sarah/Bryce card already. Bryce knows that Sarah and Chuck are into each other and I doubt he would try to get involved with Sarah again. Not to say we won't see Bryce again... I would like to. But I doubt we would see him partnered with Sarah.

I think Matt Boomer is on another show, so its not him. I doubt it, since they already played the Bryce card. It could be Jill or even Carina.

I hope the season finale ends in a cliffhanger with Chuck in peril.

Many are speculating that the "new partner" will be Chuck himself. The series finale will end with Chuck becoming a CIA agent. That way if they aren't renewed it would be a happy ending and if they are then it can be a 3rd season of Chuck learning the ropes of his new job.

Yea I remember reading that John wanted to squeeze 3 seasons into 1 in case of it not being renewed, which by the way is getting closer and closer to being ridiculous to even think that might happen. Anyways, I do speculate that If they join Chuck to the CIA, that they would also make us insinuate that Sarah and Chuck got together even if they really don't. If theirs a 3rd season, either they're together or not, if no 3rd season its implied they did get together and everything turned out ok.

I just wonder what they will do if Chuck does join the CIA, like with Ellie and Awesome and Morgan. I would figure they would leave a cliff hanger on Sarah leaving the CIA to be with Chuck. So that all is ok with the Family, and Chuck not having to abandon them.

Whatever happens, I can't wait for, their hasnt been a dull moment yet for me!

I hope Chuck gets renewed for another season. But I think its Carina who's Sarah's partner.
