Im thinking that it may possible be Micah. These are the reasons:

The langauge just reminded me of a younger type of a person.

His ability would allow him to get a hold of clairs phone.

It may be a bit farfetched but, i think it would be interesting. Not nessecarily him acting alone but a resistence useing his help. I think the show can use the younger charectes Micah/Molly a bit more easpeally in Fugitives were im sure they will be effect by its events as well.
