How much does it suck that Peter can only have 1 ability at a time? Was anyone else pissed or yelling at the TV when he said that? And do you think that he will get his original ability back where he can have multiple abilities at 1 time again?
I sure hope he does...cause Peter was badass! Here's to hoping!

The way he said it, I definitely think he will get some measure of his old ability back, maybe not fully, but close. I kinda think Peter should be more along the lines of Mimic from Marvel, Mimic can store and use any five powers hes near, but when he chooses to pick a 6th, he has to let go of one of the others he has. Still gives Pete some limits, but still allowing him to be the true 'super' hero.

I hate that Peter can only have one power at a time. If they wanted to force the hereo's to work together they could have made the hunters more powerful and given Peter back his original power like it was before. Instead they had to make people less powerful. I watch the show to see people with more powers. I don't understand how Peter's power can change anyway when his power is suposed to be determined in his DNA. as if someones DNA can change. I will probably still watch the show but I don't like it near as much as before when Peter had multiple powers.

I like that idea Pycer. It's a compromise of too powerful and just powerful enough. That could be the way they approach his abilities.

even that would be better(what pycer was talking about)...anything is better than limiting him to 1 ability at a time

I think he will get his original power back, he has to. It must take time for him to
re-adapt to his power or maybe even an eclipse. The eclipse hasn't been explained yet; we have solar and lunar eclipses...so maybe one developes an ability as where the other inhibits temporarly. What they did was a fresh start to his powers as they did with sylar after season 1. What is cool is that he might still get that scar
I think that he'll eventually get more but maybe he hasn't concentrated or practiced enough yet to get full control back. Or Ando can super charge him so at least he could have multiple powers.

This is another possibility that i can see happening, the future peter had more than one ability.

Targis...but wasn't Peter's DNA mutated by the "super-serum"? Same as Mohinder's? Maybe that's the excuse their using.

Hey wait, did Peter say he absorbes one power and loses the previous power? I'm lost. Doesn't he just have Mohinder's strength opposed to that flight power then?

Yes Peter said he only holds on to one power at a time. He loses the one previous if he absorbs another.

Oh boy...it can get confusing, but here is what he did. Remember, gets one, looses old. Had flight from Nathan from the burning Pinehurst facility. Last episode, on the plane, he reaches over and absorbs Mohinders strength, looses flight. breaks free fights guards. During fight he accidentally absorbs Tracy's freeze powers, loosing the super strength, and makes the plane crash. During standoff in this episode, grabs Nathan, takes flight again, loosing freeze, resulting in now, at the end of this episode, he has flight.

hopefully the writers are reading all of this and say to themselves, "hmmm, I think we've screwed up and a lot of people are pissed. Let's give him back his powers"

In his current condition with his powers, what would happen if Peter touched Sylar? Would he only get 1 power or would he get them all?
Could this be how Peter gets his original ability back? hmmmm....

I wish he would be able to use more than one again. Still it is a pretty awesome power to have.
