Prolly not, if she dies, the show would prolly make sure to let us viewers KNOW she's dead...although I don't see how she can still survive with 2 bullets in her back lol. However I still think she's alive, optimistically.

I enjoyed her as Hiro's nemesis. And a stand alone type character fighting the good fight to right her wrongs. I don't enjoy her pairing with Matt. I don't see the chemistry other see. It just feels ...weird. But in all honestly I could take or leave her character.

I'm guessing she may be paralyzed from the bullets, and it disabled her speed.

I loved that scene though, Especially when Claire started taking all the Bullets and Matt getting in their heads and turning them on each other.

But Daphne getting killed wasn't cool. Maybe Tim Kring's killing her off to move totally away from time travel. I think I heard that he was doing that somewhere, moving away from time travel.

I don't think Tim likes blondes that much. Jessica being killed by her dad, Nikki by fire, Elle killed by Sylar, Tracy gonna be tortured, Claire getting all screwed up with her dads and such and now Daphne. Is there a term for that? Discriminating against hair color? Like sexist, racist etc. Hairist maybe?

I almost cried when she died and everyone was getting shot at. I've never done that watching Heroes before. I was all 'Nooo! No more Maphne!' (Matt/Daphne=Maphne)

If they kill her I'm going to be so upset. I really like Daphne.

Didn't she have to stop running for them to shoot her. She could have ran around real fast and took everyones gun away and got rid of them except for a few that she could have given to Parkman, Peter, Mohinder, Tracy, and Clair.

Add me to the list of fans hoping that she is not dead. Daphne's character is a breath of fresh air on the show. She and Ando are the only ones that don't sit around brooding.

I guess Daphne, Peter and Hiro all had to be "disabled" in order for the heroes to truly become fugitives in hiding and on the run. Any one of those three with their true powers could theoretically just transport everyone to any place and any time and fully supply them for the long haul. So with them, the heroes could just sit on a remote tropical island sipping cocktails somewhere until all of this blows over.

I think she will be back. If her speed can negate her disability, then her healing should be amplified. Not like Claire's, but similar to that of the Flash's. It was a few bullets, unlike the nuclear blast she tried to outrun in the future episode.

All Claire has to do is inject Daphne with some of Claires blood and she would heal like Claire temporaily. It worked for H.R.G at primatech

You know you're right, targis. Why don't they use Claire's blood more? I'm always screaming at the screen when someones dieing. Because all they need is a little blood from Claire, and that person would be fine.

She took like three bullets to the chest. How can anyone survive that? Even if she does have super fast healing. There's just no way, I mean, only someone with Claire's power could survive that.

Unless, she didn't get hit anywhere that would kill her. From going back and watching that episode, even in HD, it's hard to tell where she was getting hit; so, she could still be alive. don't get me wrong, though, I hope she is, but from where it looked like she was getting hit. She would have all kinds of internal organ damage. Which, you could only survive if you had something like Claire's power.

I can understand the reason for killing Daphne and all, though. It added a ton of action to what would of been a boring episode, but killing someone just to have them magically survive it, is just kinda bad writing.

Putting the spoiler aside. The only way I could see Daphne coming out of this alive is if she just got hit in the arms or shoulders. Which, would only kill her if she bled out.

So shame on the writers they just keep dragging us around. It's simple, don't kill off someone you intend to bring back. Unless, there is a valid way they could survive it.
