Do you think his character got the ending it deserved, or do you think they could have done more with it?

Agreed, Lex is totally not gone. Xray vision has a really fascinating theory on that.

Oh, hey, Ginnyfan! It's been a long time! :) I LOVE the avatar! Hahaha "American Psycho!" Awesome film!

Lana with powers. WTF:eek:
Lex Luthor dead.

the Episodes "Power" and "Reqiuem" SUCKED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Legion was good, Bulletproof was awesome. but now the plot seems to be going nowhere, i thought this season was about clark becoming more pro-active.

I hope this Season be the last, and what is this crap about Clark not becoming Superman at the end? Wasted 7 years of my life.

Watch it, if you want to. i have lost interest. Just watch the ratings go down like never before.

I feel bad for Tom. I understand why Michael would leave. Clark should have become Superman @ season 6.

Notify me when the season is over. tell me how it all went down.

Most of the writers and Directors suck. Tom on the other hand is a very talented Director and so is Allison and Glen winter. i think he has wasted some years.

I started off being a hardcore fan like many of you. but now i'd rather watch paint dry.

> Sorry if i offend "Faithful Fans", i'm just voicing my opinion. <

Lex wasn't killed!!!! Lex spoofed the IP address so it would look like it was coming from the truck while he really was away in some remote location watching the whole thing go down. They cant kill Lex because of the comics. Superman wouldn't have a nemesis if they did.

the only reason these episodes were written was to close the loose ends involving lana and finally having her go at least giving the character a proper send off. and come one, really, lex dead? he's just pulling a lana. lex plans way ahead, just like chloe said in the episode. so he did the same thing lana did, made it look like he got killed off. sure they said they found his remains but we know lex is crafty. the reason they had to make it seem like he got killed off is cuz michael isn't coming back to the show any time soon and no one else can portray lex (of course someone did in this episode) so they might as well do something to get rid of him for the time being. so i'm wondering who that actor was that played lex in the episode.

Ya, what they said. Besides there's this huge speculation floating around about Oliver really being anothe Lex clone. I wouldn't say Lex is truly finished yet.

well i'd be annoyed if they actually killed him off here in Smallville. It was different on LnC because Lex was already established as globaly powerful and the 3rd richest man in the world. He and SUPERMAN had battled for a full year before he 'died' and even then he came back for a final actual death arc.

To kill of Lex Luthor before Superman is even born, would be a slap in the face
