The "Awwwwww..." Moment

is it just me or did anyone else go, "Awwwwwwwwwwwwww............" when Clark walks in on Lana discovering her old necklace. Clark puts on Lana's necklace on her. That moment made my heart melt and go "awwwwwwwwwwww........"

I didn't say AW! But I enjoyed the scene. Lana doesn't really like all the nostalgia. I liked that.

Also... Clark's gentle fingers on Lana's neck. Moving her hair. That was nice.

I went awwww! I think that a flashback sequence would have really been great in this episode. Like a quick flashback to Lana wearing the necklace.

I went awww [MOD EDIT]! I didn't have ANY nice thoughts during this episode. Now that it is over, my thoughts have gotten even worse. KK shouldn't have had to finish out her season 7 contracted episodes. The Lana Arc definitely added the SUCK in SUCKED! What a waste of 4 episodes...This REALLY chaps my ass...Especially if this is the last season!!!

I loved that scene! That is the 1st time, that Lana has worn her necklace
since it got neutralized by Clark's Ship. Tina Greer had tied Clark up in his
cellar, and put the the Green-K necklace on him. His Ship turned it clear.

Lana saw the necklace once in S6 Trespass in Clark's room, but just looked at it.
That Necklace was like a Character in the early Seasons. Good to see it.

Because of that Necklace, Clark learned that Green-K could harm him and that Lead could protect him from the green-k's effects. (Lex's Dragon Box)

It was a nice touch and I was glad Clark put the necklace on Lana...In the episode where the boy could see people when they die, Lana touched him and he saw her as an elderly woman dying when it was her time with her necklace on. I'm glad she got it back which reinforced the fact she has it when she passes....Also, this episode is all about a circle of beginning and ending. In the first episode, Lana's necklace showed Clark's weakness to kryptonite. I have said it before but this episode also includes Clark's weakness to Kryptonite coming between them in their last time together.

It WAS definitely a nice touch. I love it when TPTB give a nod to continuity, and that was a great moment when they reflected back on that necklace and how their relationship started. I didn't say, "Awwww," by any means (there was enough about the show that was irking me too much to make me feel very romantic or sentimental), but it was a good scene.

I was having awww moments through out the whole episode.

Requiem was such a tribute to Clark and Lana's epic and tragic love story. I'm so glad they touched on so many past moments like the necklace, Lana reminding Clark of their graveyard conversation in Pilot, their powerful lovemaking like in Wrath and the pillow talk mirroring the one in Hidden.

I am so proud and happy to have been a Clana fan since day one of Smallville, it was all worth it. Their love is untouchable.
