Lex's revenge!!

It seems like he's dead. And Clark did the whole "grab the dirt and make it fall off your hand" scene again. But...!! That doesnt mean one thing!! Lex has been able to return from the dead several times, and if he's soo brilliant we would know that Lex CAN manage to come back to life. So is he dead? Or is he ALIVE!!:eek:!

I don't know how they can pull him out of that with the way they showed it, but we all know that Lex can't be dead, simply because he's still around to ruin Superman's day (and for Clark to ruin his) years in the future. I guess maybe that "explosion" reflection we saw in Lex's eyes could've been what he was seeing on his big screen. Or, it could've been a clone/duplicate (remember the clone farm/factory for the phantom in Season 7?). I really WOULD have liked for them to have hinted that Lex was still alive and kickin'. By the way, did anyone else find Lex's "Darth Vader" voice to be more laughable than scary in the scene where he talked to Clark and Lana? Tres dorky.

I'm betting anything that Lex is still alive.....and this clone thing that's been floating around seems like the most likely excuse for his return. If Oliver does turn out to be Lex though......idk, that will be a very PLEASANT twist.

The whole show was a joke. When the truck exploded, Clark (by his reflexes) could have superspeeded inside and saved Lex. But no, screw it, the whole thing is a disaster, that's nothing compared to my other complaints (see my thread).

Lex is too clever to be that easily tracked down! Did this whole Darth Vadar sorta Lex ever happen in the comics? I hope (whether this is the last season or not) Lex gets a satisfying conclusion rather than it being left like this...screw Doomsday I want Lex in the finale!

I don't think he died. I think that flash of light we saw play across Lex's face when the truck blew up was the actual image of the truck blowing up. I think the signal Chloe detected was actually because routed through the truck.

What better way to get Clark and Ollie off his trail than fake his death?

Lex is his father's son, he grew up reading the Art of War and Machiavelli... dude is alive and I just hope Rosenbaum agrees to come back for a few eps.

Y'know it's also weird, in that final scene with Ollie looking at the shattered pic of Lex and we only got to see his profile for the longest time, when the camera pulled out I was half expecting him to have a razor in his hand and a freshly shaved head... something in the way he was staring reminded me of Lex.

They say the remains was of him so they did the exact same thing as in Phantom like mentionned before. It wouldnt make any sense that a "super-genius" like lex would have stopped in some remote location of Metropolis if that bomb would have blown up. He wouldnt be that moronic!
