A man whose life has been taken away from him…
A man who can’t remember who he is or what he is…
He runs to find the answer out, with two companions, Betty Ross and Samuel Sterns.
Together, they will find the answer to who Bruce is.
So, their journey begins…
Previously on THE INCREDIBLE HULK:
Bruce Banner, a man with no memory of who he is or what he is. He is hunted down by General Ross and Blonsky. Now, going home to where it all began, he met Samuel Sterns, a new ally and a scientist. But when Bruce went under cover, he discovered that a Professor was trying to take advantage of him and use his power to his own will. The Professor transformed into Ravage but was taken down by HULK. Betty made a deal with Blonsky to help him. But when a baby experiment turned out to be Samuel Stern’s son, Stern’s went mad and tried to kill Ross…but instead, Ross got to his wife first. General Ross took Timmy to a place with other special children. Finally, Bruce wonders who can he trust.

TWO WEEKS LATER – DAY 34
LOCATION: PHOENIX, ARIZONA
“It’s been two weeks of nonstop running, nonstop all day! Betty and I have barely said a word, and Sterns…I still don’t trust him…” Bruce narrates.
“I wish once and for all I could find answers to all this. This is closest to where it all began…” Bruce continues to narrate.
Betty drove her blue truck on the road…
“We’re here!” Betty said seeing a sign up ahead.
“Good, ‘cause all I’ve seen is cactus and desert!” Sterns stated.
“What did you think you were ‘gonna see? Casinos?” Betty questioned.
“Well, yeah!” Sterns replied.
“There’s a rest stop ahead. One minute, then dash it!” Betty replied.
“Fine. But why hasn’t Bruce said anything?” Sterns questioned.
“You ‘wanna know why? Fine! Because you have a child and you don’t tell me!” Bruce yelled.
“I’m sorry Bruce! I’m sorry!” Sterns begged.
Betty pulled up to the rest stop.
“We’re here!” Betty said.
Sterns got out…slammed the door and entered the bathroom.
Betty talked to Bruce in the car…
“You don’t have to be so hard on him,” Betty explained.
“Yes I do!” Bruce replied.
“Why haven’t you talked to me?” Betty questioned.
“You know why!” Bruce replied.
“Did I do something wrong?” Betty said.
“Don’t give me that!” Bruce replied. “What’s with you?”
INSIDE THE BATHROOM:
Sterns comes out of the stall and is washing his hands when an older ‘trucker’ man points a gun to his face…
“What do you want?” Sterns questioned.
“Betty! Betty Ross!” he replied.
“She’s out there!” Sterns replied pointing to outside.
“Then take me to her!” the older man stated.
Sterns walked out with the older man pointing a gun at him.
“Betty…” he called.
INSIDE THE TRUCK:
Bruce and Betty see Sterns at gunpoint…
“How can Sterns get himself into trouble going to the bathroom?” Bruce questioned getting out with Betty.
“Wait! That’s Thomas!” she cried when Bruce was going to take him out! Behind him, a ‘man’ with black spiked hair; white skinned yellow eyes; vampire teeth; wore a violet jacket that hung down with a black shirt and black pants, back-flipped over Bruce to the older man.
“Not you!” the older man stated.
“Miss me?” the dark figure questioned.
The older man fought back with claws…the figure touched him and absorbed his power copying each move the older man made…block after block of them. The older man fell down!
“What the son of a …?” Sterns questioned.
“Call me Twilight! Watch your back there! This guy can cause a lot of trouble! See ‘ya!” Twilight flew off with the older man on his back.
“Dude! That hero just saved your hide Bruce!” Sterns stated.
“Well then, I guess I have some new help!” Bruce replied.
(Blackout)
“That was Thomas, my dad that Twilight took!” Betty explained.
“Your dad?” Bruce questioned.
“Let’s go!” Betty replied hopping in the truck with Sterns and Bruce putting on their seat belts. Betty started the engine up with a sigh. Bruce shut the door and Betty drove off.
“He was my father when I was a little girl,” Betty replied.
“I’m sorry,” Bruce stated.
“It’s not your fault. Now where to next?” Betty questioned.
“The motel up ahead,” Sterns replied.
“We’re getting low on this credit card and on gas. Using my dad’s credit card won’t do us any good after this!” Betty stated pulling up in the motel parking lot. Betty got out with Bruce and Sterns. They entered the motel…
“Hi, welcome to the Golden Hill Motel. How may I help you!” the motel clerk said.
“Hi, put one night on this card,” Betty stated.
“Okay. That will be six floors up at 677…here’s your key, and have a good night!” she stated.
“Thank you!” Sterns said walking to the elevator carrying some luggage.
“A little help?” Sterns stated.
“Coming!” Bruce ran and grabbed a suitcase.
Betty pushed the elevator button to the 6th floor and the elevator doors closed.
“I call the shower first!” Betty stated.
“I call TV!” Sterns stated back.
“I call the bathroom!” Bruce replied.
“We’re here,” Betty walked out of the elevator holding a key to their room. She looked around and then found it. She opened the door and walked in.
“Wow!” she took off her shoes on the green carpet. Bruce and Sterns followed dropping their bags down. Bruce took his shirt off…
“What are you doing?” Betty questioned.
“Taking a shower,” Bruce stated.
“No! I am and I’m stripping right now!” she stated taking her socks off and starting to take her shirt and pants off.
“Okay, you win!” Bruce said putting his shirt back on.
“Thank you!” she walked into the bathroom and turned on the water shutting the door.
She stripped all her clothes off and went into the shower and sang when her cell phone rang on top of the sink.
“Ring!”
Betty grabbed her towel and wrapped it around herself; stepping out of the shower she grabbed her cell phone. On the screen there was a text…
Blonsky: Where are you?
Betty replied: Arizona…Phoenix…
Blonsky: Then meet me in New Mexico. I need help! Something’s happening to me!
Betty shut her phone off.
OUTSIDE THE BATHROOM:
Bruce and Sterns watch the news…
“…and again, Twilight strikes…again! Who is he? And where did he come from? Well, I’ll tell you he’s not from Krypton! He’s the ‘Guardian of Justice’!” the news reported said.
“Sterns, I forgot something. I’ll be right back,” Bruce stepped out going towards the elevator. He pushed the button to go down, the elevator doors opened.
He walked out and went towards the motel clerk, then noticed she was crying.
“What’s wrong?” Bruce questioned.
“Nothing…welcome to the Gold…” she sobbed walking out as Bruce came up to her and hugged her.
“Hey, how about dinner?” Bruce questioned.
“If that’s your way of asking me out on a date, it’s lame!” she replied.
“How’s this…I’m not leaving ‘til you say yes!” he stated.
“Impressive! Five minutes!” she said.
Bruce smiled.
Bruce waited for a minute, and then she grabbed her purse.
“Let’s go!” she said.
“You said five minutes?” he stated.
“Well then, we have three minutes to get there!” she replied walking out to her black car. Bruce followed. She started it up as Bruce buckled his seat belt and shut the door.
“Forgive me, but we haven’t officially met!” he said.
“Well then, I’m Tasha,” she said.
“I’m Bruce,” he said.
Tasha drove as quickly as she could to the nearest restaurant…
“We’re here!” she told him getting out of the car. Bruce followed shutting the door. Then he opened the restaurant front door…
“Cute and nice!” she said to him going up to order.
“Hi, what can I get for you?” the waitress questioned.
“Two glasses of red wine and 2 steaks,” Bruce replied. The waitress escorted them to their table.
“Thank you. You order will be coming right up!” the waitress said walking away.
Bruce and Tasha sat down.
“So tell me Bruce, what brings you here?” Tasha asked him.
“Business,” Bruce replied.
“What kind of business?” Tasha questioned.
“Just an old friend trying to find some answers to my life!” Bruce replied.
“Oh!” Tasha smiled.
“So tell me Tasha, what’s your story?” Bruce questioned.
“Same,” she replied.
“Same huh? Why were you crying back there?” Bruce questioned.
“My husband died in war. I miss him so much!” Tasha cried.
“I’m sorry,” Bruce told her.
The waitress gave them their food.
A FEW MINUTES LATER:
Bruce and Tasha walk out when a black hooded figure points a gun to Tasha’s head…
“Give me your money!” the figure demanded!
“Okay! Take it easy…Bruce, what do I do?” Tasha questioned.
“Give him the money!” Bruce replied.
Bruce looked up and saw a mysterious black figure emerging from the sky…
“Twilight?” Bruce stated.
Twilight landed behind the thug.
“Hi, been chasing you all night! We ‘gotta stop meeting like this!” Twilight stated.
“Ut oh!” the thug pointed the gun at Twilight.
“I swear I’ll shoot!” the thug stated.
“No, you won’t!” Twilight grabbed the gun and threw it on the ground.
“Yaah!” the thug attacked Twilight with his long lizard-like tongue. Twilight grabbed his tongue, jumped in the air and kicked his stomach. Letting go of the thug’s tongue, he dropped him into the trash. Twilight’s eyes lit up yellow and he back flipped into the air to Bruce.
“Watch your back Bruce!” Twilight grabbed the thug touching his heart with his hands. Turning blue, he smiled with Vampire teeth coming out. He took the thug and flew off.
“Where to now?” Bruce questioned.
“My place…please, I don’t want to be alone tonight,” Tasha stated.
AT TASHA’S HOUSE:
Bruce and Tasha get out of the car at her house. She opens the door…
“I had a nice time tonight,” Tasha stated.
“Me too!” Bruce replied.
Tasha grabbed Bruce tight and kissed him. Bruce kissed back shutting the door. He took his shirt off and opened the bedroom door. Tasha pushed Bruce unto the bed…
TIME: 4 AM
Bruce and Tasha still kiss in bed over the covers…
“Please…it’s to much! I’m losing it! Not now!” Bruce stated.
“Have some fun!” she said.
Bruce grabbed her with his eyes turning black and threw her across the room with covers covering her.
“I’m sorry. There’s a side to me that…” he said.
“I’m used to it. My husband had a side to him that was like that. See, here’s a necklace he gave me,” she gave Bruce.
Bruce held the golden necklace with writing on it: B and T.
Bruce began to flashback and see images…
FLASHBACK:
LOCATION: IRAQ
Soldiers shooting at a mysterious figure; fire surrounding him, then soldiers screaming! Then he and Tasha in bed together hold the same golden necklace.
(Blackout)
BACK TO PRESENT:
“Who are you?” Bruce questioned.
“Bruce, there’s something you should know…I’m your wife!” she replied.
AT THE MOTEL:
Sterns and Betty wonder where Bruce is…
“It’s been all night! Bruce hasn’t come back! Where could he go?” Betty questioned.
Sterns watched the news…
“I don’t…” Sterns stated.
“Shush! Watch!” She replied.
“Who is this Twilight? Friend or Foe?” the news reporter said.
“Something doesn’t fit! Something is wrong! When Twilight touched Thomas, his eyes turned yellow and almost manipulated his ability!” Betty said and opened the door putting her shoes on.
“Where are you going?” Sterns questioned.
“To find some answers!” she shut the door and walked off.
“Sweet! I got the bathroom and TV to myself!” Sterns smiled.
TASHA’S HOUSE:
Tasha and Bruce continue to talk…
“You’re my what?” Bruce questioned.
“Your wife! Let me explain…” she stated.
“Look lady, you’re not my anything! I don’t even know you!” Bruce stated.
“At a very young age you did,” she replied.
“How young? How old am I?” he questioned her.
“Five years ago…and we had two children,” she replied.
“Five years ago?” he questioned.
“You blacked out again, didn’t you?” she questioned.
“Yes, I did,” he replied.
“Then you remember?” she smiled.
“Remember what? You? What do you think I am…a freak? You think this is a joke?” he questioned.
“No, I don’t! Go be with your Betty…but Bruce, you can’t trust her! Keep this necklace, it will help you! It will be the key to all of this!” she replied.
Bruce took the necklace and walked out.
“I love you Bruce Banner…no matter who you are!” she replied crying.
(Blackout)
AT THE SAME TIME:
Betty walks inside a bar looking for answers. She finds an old friend…a trucker…
“Well Danny, long time no see!” Betty said.
Danny wore a torn blue shirt, jeans and had long gray hair and a beard. In the middle of the tare on the shirt, she saw a scar…shaped like a lightning bolt…
“Who did this to you?” she questioned.
“Uh…”he replied.
“It was Twilight, wasn’t it?” she stated. Two men walked towards her.
“Don’t mention his name,” Danny replied.
“Why?” she questioned.
“Follow me!” Danny said walking out.
Betty followed with the two men into an alley…
“Where are we going?” Betty asked.
Twilight lands in front of her and smiles with his vampire teeth!
“Well! Well! Well! You’ve been a bad little girl, haven’t you? Call me half-life! I want to suck your blood!” he smiled.
“Ut oh!” Betty replied.
BACK AT THE MOTEL:
Bruce enters into the motel and goes to Stern’s room…
“Dude, where you been?” Sterns questioned.
“Places!” Bruce replied.
“Look, Betty’s in trouble I think!” Sterns replied.
“You think?” Bruce questioned.
“She left. Said she was going to find some answers,” Sterns stated.
“Where is she?” Bruce questioned.
“Honestly, what do you expect? To track her using her GPS on my computer with her code?” Sterns questioned.
“Yes!” Bruce replied.
“Okay. Tracking now. Hey, that’s weird…she’s at the cemetery!” Sterns stated.
“How far is that?” Bruce questioned.
“Five miles away!” Sterns replied.
“Bring your truck and your weapon machine! We may need it!” Bruce walked out with Sterns following.
(Blackout)
AT THE CEMETARY:
Betty and Thomas found themselves strapped down to a grave wall…
“Why are you doing this?” Betty questioned.
“Because it’s all part of the plan! Let me explain how it works…it’s true I’m a hero, but with a price! I feed on the freaks powers…it’s what I do!” Twilight explained.
“That’s why they have marks! You’re a vampire!” Betty concluded.
“Not just any vampire…a gamma vampire!” Twilight explained.
“What do you want with me? And him?” Betty questioned him.
“You…you are special! When I touched you once or smelled your blood from a distance…I knew! You were sticking your nose into places it shouldn’t be! Now, I’m ‘gonna kill you! As for him, ask him yourself!” Twilight replied.
“It was an accident…Tony Masterson was a friend and a school teacher. But on the day the gamma bombs went up, he died!” Thomas explained.
“Tell her the whole story…the school was evacuated…Thomas was a principal and he fired me! But when he saw the bomb coming, he pushed me and ran for it! He left me for dead!” Twilight explained.
“I’m so sorry!” Thomas begged.
“Now you’re going to pay for what you’ve done!” Twilight stated.
“Not today!” Bruce appeared with Sterns.
“Banner! Just what the doctor ordered!” Twilight stated.
Sterns held the ray gun that turned beast normal again…
“Not today! Now Sterns! Set it!” Bruce ran to Twilight.
“Setting,” Sterns replied.
“Bruce attacked Twilight while turning into Hulk.
Twilight touched Hulk, absorbing his power.
“A-H-H!” Hulk cried.
“Okay, according to my calculations…” Sterns stated.
“Cut the crud! Skip the science lesson! English?” Bruce said jumping…then back flipping and kicking Twilight. Twilight then kicked him in the face while in mid-air. Hulk fell!
“I think if I put this on full blast, he will have too much to absorb and then die!” Sterns said.
“You think…or you know?” Bruce questioned getting up.
“I know!” Sterns fired it.
“You can call me Half-life, Banner! Half human and half-life!” Half-life attacked him! Hulk flipped over his head as the shot hit Half-life! His eyes began to turn green! Hulk landed on the ground!
“Too much to absorb…can’t take it…NOOO…A-H-H-H!!” Half-life melted into sand.
“Well, that was weird! Can you untie us now?” Betty questioned.
“Yeah!” Sterns replied.
“Oh shoot! We ‘gotta check out!” Betty replied.
“I have to make a quick stop,” Bruce hopped in the truck with Betty following and Sterns taking a sample of sand and then heading back.
MOTEL:
“I’ll check out. Come on Sterns and Thomas!” Betty said.
“Tasha?” Bruce looked at the necklace and took off!
“Where did Bruce go?” Sterns questioned.
“I don’t know, but we have to get all our stuff together. Let’s go!” Betty replied.
LOCATION: TASHA’S HOUSE
Bruce pulls up…
“NOOOO!” he screams!!
The house blows up!!
“BOOM!!!”
Bruce runs out!
“NOOO!! TASHA!!! I LOVE YOU!!” Bruce screams!
He sees General Ross walk away wearing a golden necklace around his neck!
“I’m ‘gonna make you pay you son of a twitch! I swear that!” Bruce drove away!
A FEW MINUTES LATER:
Bruce drives to the motel and sees Betty, Thomas and Sterns waiting for him…
“Where did you go?” Betty questioned.
“To find some answers!” Bruce replied.
“And did you?” Sterns questioned.
“No!” Bruce replied.
“Look, you can’t be seen in that pick-up anymore…take my blue van,” Thomas replied giving them the keys.
“Thanks, but…” Betty stated.
“You were right Betty, you have a dad…and it’s not me!” he hugged her.
“Thanks dad!” she replied.
“Don’t forget, I know your secret!” he said. Betty let go and said good-bye.
Bruce opened the necklace wandering what Tasha meant by the key…and a wedding ring with hieroglyphics on it. He put it on and got into the van. Betty and Sterns followed. Bruce drove away having flashbacks…
FLASHBACKS:
Soldiers shooting at him with General Ross meeting him with a sign inside a casino that said Vegas!
BACK TO PRESENT:
“So, where do we go now? I could be Hulk’s sidekick… ‘Super-Sterns’!” Sterns stated.
“No!” Betty replied.
“We’re going to Vegas!” Bruce replied.
LOCATION:
SECRET MILITARY BASE:
General Ross watches a security tape of Bruce as a monster killing thousands of people in Iraq! Ross turns it off and talks to the President of his TV…
“Banner is finding out who he is, but we have a head start!” Ross replied.
“Where?” the President questioned.
“Where it all began…Vegas!” Ross replied.
“Of course!” the President replied.
DAY 35:
“Just when you think you have all the answers, none of it is making any sense. But I will find what and who I am! I swear it!” Bruce narrates.
ROSS CONTINUES:
“Banner can never find out the truth! Because before he was the Hulk, he was…”

“Sterns, I forgot something. I’ll be right back,” Bruce stepped out going towards the elevator. He pushed the button to go down, the elevator doors opened.
He walked out and went towards the motel clerk, then noticed she was crying.
“What’s wrong?” Bruce questioned.
“Nothing…welcome to the Gold…” she sobbed walking out as Bruce came up to her and hugged her.
“Hey, how about dinner?” Bruce questioned.
“If that’s your way of asking me out on a date, it’s lame!” she replied.
“How’s this…I’m not leaving ‘til you say yes!” he stated.
“Impressive! Five minutes!” she said.
Bruce smiled.
Bruce waited for a minute, and then she grabbed her purse.
“Let’s go!” she said.
“You said five minutes?” he stated.
“Well then, we have three minutes to get there!” she replied walking out to her black car. Bruce followed. She started it up as Bruce buckled his seat belt and shut the door.
“Forgive me, but we haven’t officially met!” he said.
“Well then, I’m Tasha,” she said.
“I’m Bruce,” he said.
Tasha drove as quickly as she could to the nearest restaurant…
“We’re here!” she told him getting out of the car. Bruce followed shutting the door. Then he opened the restaurant front door…
“Cute and nice!” she said to him going up to order.
“Hi, what can I get for you?” the waitress questioned.
“Two glasses of red wine and 2 steaks,” Bruce replied. The waitress escorted them to their table.
“Thank you. You order will be coming right up!” the waitress said walking away.
Bruce and Tasha sat down.
“So tell me Bruce, what brings you here?” Tasha asked him.
“Business,” Bruce replied.
“What kind of business?” Tasha questioned.
“Just an old friend trying to find some answers to my life!” Bruce replied.
“Oh!” Tasha smiled.
“So tell me Tasha, what’s your story?” Bruce questioned.
“Same,” she replied.
“Same huh? Why were you crying back there?” Bruce questioned.
“My husband died in war. I miss him so much!” Tasha cried.
“I’m sorry,” Bruce told her.
The waitress gave them their food.
A FEW MINUTES LATER:
Bruce and Tasha walk out when a black hooded figure points a gun to Tasha’s head…
“Give me your money!” the figure demanded!
“Okay! Take it easy…Bruce, what do I do?” Tasha questioned.
“Give him the money!” Bruce replied.
Bruce looked up and saw a mysterious black figure emerging from the sky…
“Twilight?” Bruce stated.
Twilight landed behind the thug.
“Hi, been chasing you all night! We ‘gotta stop meeting like this!” Twilight stated.
“Ut oh!” the thug pointed the gun at Twilight.
“I swear I’ll shoot!” the thug stated.
“No, you won’t!” Twilight grabbed the gun and threw it on the ground.
“Yaah!” the thug attacked Twilight with his long lizard-like tongue. Twilight grabbed his tongue, jumped in the air and kicked his stomach. Letting go of the thug’s tongue, he dropped him into the trash. Twilight’s eyes lit up yellow and he back flipped into the air to Bruce.
“Watch your back Bruce!” Twilight grabbed the thug touching his heart with his hands. Turning blue, he smiled with Vampire teeth coming out. He took the thug and flew off.
“Where to now?” Bruce questioned.
“My place…please, I don’t want to be alone tonight,” Tasha stated.
AT TASHA’S HOUSE:
Bruce and Tasha get out of the car at her house. She opens the door…
“I had a nice time tonight,” Tasha stated.
“Me too!” Bruce replied.
Tasha grabbed Bruce tight and kissed him. Bruce kissed back shutting the door. He took his shirt off and opened the bedroom door. Tasha pushed Bruce unto the bed…
TIME: 4 AM
Bruce and Tasha still kiss in bed over the covers…
“Please…it’s to much! I’m losing it! Not now!” Bruce stated.
“Have some fun!” she said.
Bruce grabbed her with his eyes turning black and threw her across the room with covers covering her.
“I’m sorry. There’s a side to me that…” he said.
“I’m used to it. My husband had a side to him that was like that. See, here’s a necklace he gave me,” she gave Bruce.
Bruce held the golden necklace with writing on it: B and T.
Bruce began to flashback and see images…
FLASHBACK:
LOCATION: IRAQ
Soldiers shooting at a mysterious figure; fire surrounding him, then soldiers screaming! Then he and Tasha in bed together hold the same golden necklace.
(Blackout)
BACK TO PRESENT:
“Who are you?” Bruce questioned.
“Bruce, there’s something you should know…I’m your wife!” she replied.
AT THE MOTEL:
Sterns and Betty wonder where Bruce is…
“It’s been all night! Bruce hasn’t come back! Where could he go?” Betty questioned.
Sterns watched the news…
“I don’t…” Sterns stated.
“Shush! Watch!” She replied.
“Who is this Twilight? Friend or Foe?” the news reporter said.
“Something doesn’t fit! Something is wrong! When Twilight touched Thomas, his eyes turned yellow and almost manipulated his ability!” Betty said and opened the door putting her shoes on.
“Where are you going?” Sterns questioned.
“To find some answers!” she shut the door and walked off.
“Sweet! I got the bathroom and TV to myself!” Sterns smiled.
TASHA’S HOUSE:
Tasha and Bruce continue to talk…
“You’re my what?” Bruce questioned.
“Your wife! Let me explain…” she stated.
“Look lady, you’re not my anything! I don’t even know you!” Bruce stated.
“At a very young age you did,” she replied.
“How young? How old am I?” he questioned her.
“Five years ago…and we had two children,” she replied.
“Five years ago?” he questioned.
“You blacked out again, didn’t you?” she questioned.
“Yes, I did,” he replied.
“Then you remember?” she smiled.
“Remember what? You? What do you think I am…a freak? You think this is a joke?” he questioned.
“No, I don’t! Go be with your Betty…but Bruce, you can’t trust her! Keep this necklace, it will help you! It will be the key to all of this!” she replied.
Bruce took the necklace and walked out.
“I love you Bruce Banner…no matter who you are!” she replied crying.
(Blackout)
AT THE SAME TIME:
Betty walks inside a bar looking for answers. She finds an old friend…a trucker…
“Well Danny, long time no see!” Betty said.
Danny wore a torn blue shirt, jeans and had long gray hair and a beard. In the middle of the tare on the shirt, she saw a scar…shaped like a lightning bolt…
“Who did this to you?” she questioned.
“Uh…”he replied.
“It was Twilight, wasn’t it?” she stated. Two men walked towards her.
“Don’t mention his name,” Danny replied.
“Why?” she questioned.
“Follow me!” Danny said walking out.
Betty followed with the two men into an alley…
“Where are we going?” Betty asked.
Twilight lands in front of her and smiles with his vampire teeth!
“Well! Well! Well! You’ve been a bad little girl, haven’t you? Call me half-life! I want to suck your blood!” he smiled.
“Ut oh!” Betty replied.
BACK AT THE MOTEL:
Bruce enters into the motel and goes to Stern’s room…
“Dude, where you been?” Sterns questioned.
“Places!” Bruce replied.
“Look, Betty’s in trouble I think!” Sterns replied.
“You think?” Bruce questioned.
“She left. Said she was going to find some answers,” Sterns stated.
“Where is she?” Bruce questioned.
“Honestly, what do you expect? To track her using her GPS on my computer with her code?” Sterns questioned.
“Yes!” Bruce replied.
“Okay. Tracking now. Hey, that’s weird…she’s at the cemetery!” Sterns stated.
“How far is that?” Bruce questioned.
“Five miles away!” Sterns replied.
“Bring your truck and your weapon machine! We may need it!” Bruce walked out with Sterns following.
(Blackout)
AT THE CEMETARY:
Betty and Thomas found themselves strapped down to a grave wall…
“Why are you doing this?” Betty questioned.
“Because it’s all part of the plan! Let me explain how it works…it’s true I’m a hero, but with a price! I feed on the freaks powers…it’s what I do!” Twilight explained.
“That’s why they have marks! You’re a vampire!” Betty concluded.
“Not just any vampire…a gamma vampire!” Twilight explained.
“What do you want with me? And him?” Betty questioned him.
“You…you are special! When I touched you once or smelled your blood from a distance…I knew! You were sticking your nose into places it shouldn’t be! Now, I’m ‘gonna kill you! As for him, ask him yourself!” Twilight replied.
“It was an accident…Tony Masterson was a friend and a school teacher. But on the day the gamma bombs went up, he died!” Thomas explained.
“Tell her the whole story…the school was evacuated…Thomas was a principal and he fired me! But when he saw the bomb coming, he pushed me and ran for it! He left me for dead!” Twilight explained.
“I’m so sorry!” Thomas begged.
“Now you’re going to pay for what you’ve done!” Twilight stated.
“Not today!” Bruce appeared with Sterns.
“Banner! Just what the doctor ordered!” Twilight stated.
Sterns held the ray gun that turned beast normal again…
“Not today! Now Sterns! Set it!” Bruce ran to Twilight.
“Setting,” Sterns replied.
“Bruce attacked Twilight while turning into Hulk.
Twilight touched Hulk, absorbing his power.
“A-H-H!” Hulk cried.
“Okay, according to my calculations…” Sterns stated.
“Cut the crud! Skip the science lesson! English?” Bruce said jumping…then back flipping and kicking Twilight. Twilight then kicked him in the face while in mid-air. Hulk fell!
“I think if I put this on full blast, he will have too much to absorb and then die!” Sterns said.
“You think…or you know?” Bruce questioned getting up.
“I know!” Sterns fired it.
“You can call me Half-life, Banner! Half human and half-life!” Half-life attacked him! Hulk flipped over his head as the shot hit Half-life! His eyes began to turn green! Hulk landed on the ground!
“Too much to absorb…can’t take it…NOOO…A-H-H-H!!” Half-life melted into sand.
“Well, that was weird! Can you untie us now?” Betty questioned.
“Yeah!” Sterns replied.
“Oh shoot! We ‘gotta check out!” Betty replied.
“I have to make a quick stop,” Bruce hopped in the truck with Betty following and Sterns taking a sample of sand and then heading back.
MOTEL:
“I’ll check out. Come on Sterns and Thomas!” Betty said.
“Tasha?” Bruce looked at the necklace and took off!
“Where did Bruce go?” Sterns questioned.
“I don’t know, but we have to get all our stuff together. Let’s go!” Betty replied.
LOCATION: TASHA’S HOUSE
Bruce pulls up…
“NOOOO!” he screams!!
The house blows up!!
“BOOM!!!”
Bruce runs out!
“NOOO!! TASHA!!! I LOVE YOU!!” Bruce screams!
He sees General Ross walk away wearing a golden necklace around his neck!
“I’m ‘gonna make you pay you son of a twitch! I swear that!” Bruce drove away!
A FEW MINUTES LATER:
Bruce drives to the motel and sees Betty, Thomas and Sterns waiting for him…
“Where did you go?” Betty questioned.
“To find some answers!” Bruce replied.
“And did you?” Sterns questioned.
“No!” Bruce replied.
“Look, you can’t be seen in that pick-up anymore…take my blue van,” Thomas replied giving them the keys.
“Thanks, but…” Betty stated.
“You were right Betty, you have a dad…and it’s not me!” he hugged her.
“Thanks dad!” she replied.
“Don’t forget, I know your secret!” he said. Betty let go and said good-bye.
Bruce opened the necklace wandering what Tasha meant by the key…and a wedding ring with hieroglyphics on it. He put it on and got into the van. Betty and Sterns followed. Bruce drove away having flashbacks…
FLASHBACKS:
Soldiers shooting at him with General Ross meeting him with a sign inside a casino that said Vegas!
BACK TO PRESENT:
“So, where do we go now? I could be Hulk’s sidekick… ‘Super-Sterns’!” Sterns stated.
“No!” Betty replied.
“We’re going to Vegas!” Bruce replied.
LOCATION:
SECRET MILITARY BASE:
General Ross watches a security tape of Bruce as a monster killing thousands of people in Iraq! Ross turns it off and talks to the President of his TV…
“Banner is finding out who he is, but we have a head start!” Ross replied.
“Where?” the President questioned.
“Where it all began…Vegas!” Ross replied.
“Of course!” the President replied.
DAY 35:
“Just when you think you have all the answers, none of it is making any sense. But I will find what and who I am! I swear it!” Bruce narrates.
ROSS CONTINUES:
“Banner can never find out the truth! Because before he was the Hulk, he was…”
