The Chloe mention of Martian Manhunter was a nod to his name in the comics, but she wasn't specifically identifying him by that title. She referred to him as "Martian" because of his heritage and "Manhunter" because he was a cop (I assume). I don't think she was actually coining his future name.

As for the last one, I think you're forgetting a certain eye-patch wearing vigilantee hater. <wink>
