Hmm. Crater lake was mentioned in Hydro in reference to Linda Lake's van crashing there - maybe it was seen in the background of the news photo that Chloe pulls out...

It was mentioned, but never seen in Extinction when Chloe remembers that she had dropped her keys in Crater Lake and it was Jake Pollen who fished them out - and stayed underwater for six minutes.

I don't remember seeing skates at the farm; the skates at the rink were most likely rented...
Not sure about skateboarding, either - I definitely don't think Clark had a skateboard for anything other than pure recreation, although I suppose skateboarding can be a sport.
