Usually I do the annoying apects of this episode.

But not since the Season 4 Witches episode Spell have I felt such horridness for an episode. Even Arctic seemed like glory on wheels compared to this rubbish.

Dear God, just one more episode then she's gone.

Also, when did this show become about Lana Lang, and her amazing adventures?

And Chloe??? Yeah Lana's ok now, even though you were talking about Lois like... last episode.

AND CHLOE WHAT ABOUT YOUR HUSBAND WHO IS IN A HOSPITAL IN STAR CITY IN A CRITICAL CONDITION!!!

And Tess can suddenly kick ass again and... they disrespect one of the coolest Lex Luthor stories to JUST MAKE IT ANOTHER STUPID LANA PLOT!

What about that monster Doomsday?? You know the one that Jor-El warned Clark about and caused havoc at the Chimmy wedding??? DID EVERYONE FORGET???

Plus why the hell was Chloe so suprised in bride to see Lana WHEN SHE'D ALREADY SEEN HER A MONTH BEFORE "Hey Look it's Lana!" MY @@@@****!!!

Of course Clark and Lana making out on top of the Daily Planet. Well, why not just pee on 70 years of history and let Clark just abandon his destiny for that poor excuse of a Plot device!

Actually I feel really sorry for Alison Mack, this was her directing debut and she had to work with these puke enducing script!

Well, I thought the Green Arrow origin story was done badly, but this one took the cake, we got a LANA LANG ORIGIN STORY... I mean WHO GIVES A....%%%@@###***

Also, it was Lex all along!!!???

PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

That's the biggest @@@@***!!!@@@ EVER!!!!

:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Anyway, I'm gonna try and come up with some cool things for this episode.

So here we go!

I enjoyed this episode. It tied together a bunch of loose threads left over from Season 7.
I think the fact that the series is called "Smallville" and not "Superboy" is telling. In many ways the show is as much about the "coming-of age" for all the citizenry of "Smallville" as it is about Clark Kent.

The meteor shower that dropped Clark Kent on the world affected that entire Kansas town. I think Lana's maturation and Lex's and Chloe's etc... is a core component of Smallville, the series.

The only thing that wasn't annoying was the fantastic camera work. Mack was given an awful episode to direct.

No seriously...the best part about that episode was zooming out of the daily Planet rooftop. I really loved that scene. And the scene when Clark tried to save Lana...loved how it looked.

The effect was cool but Lana saving someone just... well, the day when Lana becomes a Superhero before Clark is indeed a sad day!

I voted for Tess but I think one of the things I liked about this episode was the Lana story that did not involve her wanting to be Clark's equal:rolleyes: I am now starting to wonder if she holds Clark back or if he holds her back or if they both just screw each other up. When she first made her reappearance by beating up on Oliver I was like hey cool. Then it turns out the entire time she was gone she was just trying to get some freakin supersuit:p How pathetic.
And who does love "Somebody saaaaaaaaaaaaaaave meeeeee!"

Tess kicking butt was cool, after the last episode. I don't care too much for her, but I liked her in this episode. I mean, she was going to kill Lana - that can't be a bad thing!

I'm with the theme song, second comes the credits and third is Tess's ninja movies. The credit's come in second because I was already pissed off by then, the theme song wins because I was hopeful till then.

Oh yes and how heroic of Lana to want the power all to herself!

How noble because denying Lex Luthor, one of the greatest criminal minds of our time, the ultimate power and using it all for yourself, is far more noble and helpful to people than being a Police Officer, Doctor, Fire Person, they are all nothing compared to the greatness that is Lana Lang!

Also, how dare Tess, the so called villain, try and destroy this device which can perhaps destroy the world if used incorrectly and probably too dangerous to be used by anyone!

Tess was the only thing in this episode interesting to watch. The rest was rubbish. The writing collarboration for this episode failed miserably.

I enjoyed watching the Lana subplot/story. My problem with it is we have what 1 more season max after this, assuming the show gets picked up the next round and I thought they could of wrapped up/continued other angles. In addition, Lana in her storyline/power suit upstages Clark.

Other then that I thought KK did a great job and made Lana FU more believable to me.

LOL Lana getting tortured... :D

I'd have to say Tess Mercer and Clark trying to move on were the high points of the episode. Clark said what everyone was thinking: since Lana left, his life's been great, and he's finally becoming what he was born to be. Course, he dumps on fan approval a second later and goes off to have an adventure with SuperLana...

i agree. the end credits was the best part. i really hated this episode. when i saw lana wearing the suit AND having the same abilities as clark i said to myself "NOOOOOOO" lol. this isnt supposed to happen. so i hope that after next episode they get rid of all that power suit bs......superlana....hell no! and somebody plz tell me why everytime someone gets super abilities they have to have the same exact powers as clark. as if they cant come up with something else for them to have. its just annoying!

I can't say the End Credits because the trailer for next week's episode came after that. Pfft.

So, I gotta go with the Opening Credits. Yup, the whole cast was there and everything. It was pretty awesome.

Tess kickin ass and takin names. I'm liking her more and more.

That was indeed a lovely moment sandwiched between the amazing theme song and the delicious credits. What more could anyone ask for??? It's kind of weird how this was stretched to an hour, but...Can't remember anything else worthwhile happening.

To quote Pete, "Yeah, Remy Zero!" Seriously, the opening credits/theme song did happen to be one of the least annoying aspects of this episode. But I actually liked a lot of the flashbacks, too -- at least they were revealing and filled in lots of gaps.

If the makers of Star Trek Voyager can pretend that Threshold never happened I'm more than happy if the makers of this show pretended this episode never happened.

Especially as I will...:)
