Funilly enough im living in Australia at the moment which is nice, but yeah the Northern Line sucks so does the petrol prices lol not missing it one bit:lol:

For a city described to be overrun with crime and injustice, the cops had really nice cruisers...

It was one of the things that made it hard for the suspension of disbelief.

Actually, a lot of police cruisers are Dodge Chargers equipped with laptops and high end technology. They have to be able to keep up with the criminals and part of that is being armed with high end equipment including the vehicles they drive.

In and around the Boston area many cities and towns are now converting their LTD's over to Chargers.

yep sweet cars indeed
but you should really see what some cops drive over here in europe to chase the bad guys. not a lot of them but they do use them.

The only problem with the Dodge Charger, is that in order to put a cage in the back, you lost the ability to put the drivers seat all the way back. One of the police departments we regularly interact with where I work bought one, and the tall cop they have, who is only like 6'2", can't fit in the car. The cage blocks the drivers seat from going back all the way.

The crown vics, are actually awesome cars. The problem is, they can't get big enough engines in them anymore. They had a ton of trunk room, good room for seating people, and all of that, plus they were fast with the police package.

Unfortunately, I havent seen any Dodge Chargers driven by NYCPD yet in NYC. Wait... The cars might driven by NYC Detectives under cover cars??? its just a wild guess.
