has anyone noticed that Bulletproof is MIA from this season? it's been a few days and usually they're pretty good about getting episodes up in a timely fashion, yet this one has been MIA. Anyone else had this problem?

So, it was pointed out in the other thread about Bulletproof still not being on itunes that it's now up on the CW's website. So at least that's something, for us in the US.

I wonder if itunes didn't want to compete with CW? I don't think so, since Legion is up there too.

It's stupid, is what it is. I'm all bummed, since this was one of my favorite episodes and our recording didn't work properly.

I contacted iTunes and they said they are looking into why Bulletproof isn't up yet and they would e-mail when they have an answer. I'll post the answer when I get it. :)

I was actually wondering about that. It's not just Bulletproof either. It's the most recent episode of Supernatural, Criss Angel is a Douche Bag, that hasn't been put up yet either.

i'm so glad that someone addressed this issue. i've been checking iTunes like several times a day cuz i missed the episode, but i was able to watch it on the CW website yesterday. thanks VickiLVCM for contacting iTunes! looking forward to a response.

I don't think it's because the episode is on the CWTV.com site now, they've been like that all season.

My recording of the episode didn't sound all that great through TiVO (my tv is aging badly) and the CW affiliate is also now showing the eps in full frame instead of widescreen, so no letterbox.

The Legion download helped me really see the camera work they did that was different in that episode, it wasn't as apparent in the full frame version I saw on air.

I'm going to have to call their affiliate and complain.

I really do like the iTunes copy more than my TiVo one.

It's still not up and it's now a week since it aired.

I heard back from iTunes support and they said, if they'd been sent it, they would have posted it for download.

Here is what she said, exactly:


Typically, Cindy, it's up to the supplier to provide iTunes with the latest episodes. Therefore if it is not listed in iTunes then there could be a delay on that end. As soon as it is provided to us, we will post it! Keep checking!

By 'supplier' I take it they mean the producers, in this case probably Warner Home Video or Warner Brothers TV, but I don't think I need to keep on checking.

My reasons for getting it are no longer applicable since I'm close to finishing my review and I don't need it anymore.

Now, the proactive way to handle this would be to say "normally, it's an issue with the supplier. We will look into this issue and email you when it has been resolved."
