Is that what was just printed or was that a working title she was gonna do? Also how many times has lex been pronounced dead now?

i think this is the 3rd time now in the show. But at the start he was only listed in the planet as missing and presumed dead.

That was the first time. Tess was refusing to say that he was dead all season. Se finally just printed it.

I noticed that in the corners of the paper on the desk it said "proof", which means that was the final copy of the paper before being printed to send out, I believe (correct me if I'm wrong, newspaper people!).

I believe that Tess having Lex pronounced dead was her way at getting back at him. You know what they say: "Hell hath no fury..."

BTW, I loved the pic that ran in the DP. I also couldn't help but wonder: do you think the CW had to pay Rosenbaum to use his likeness in that shot? :-)

Interesting question Teri.I think they might have to pay a certain amount.But then again,does Lex pay the CW everytime he mentions that he has worked for Smallville?
