Best Episode Of Season 4?

A few months ago, Time magazine honored Lost by naming "The Constant" as the best hour of televison of 2008. So, the question is, what was your favorite episode of the 4th season?

Note: There's No Place Like Home will be counted as one episode. Also since Eggtown and The Other Woman were some of the lowest rated episodes of the season, I cut them out to narrow it down to 10.

As for me, I'm going with the constant. Desmond is my third favorite character (Beat only by Locke and Ben) and I think the constant is one of, if not the best episode of the series. The Shape Of Things To Come is a very close second for the Alex death scene and Ben summoning the monster. Meet Kevin Johnson is a 3rd for me since I had been anticipating it since comic con of the year before and it delivered.

I'd have to agree. Constant is a fantastic episode. Watched it recently on SCI-FI and it still brings a smile to my face when Desmond makes contact with Penny. Tugs at ones heart strings. And couple that with the sci-fi/supernatural aspects of travel to and from the island and its one of the best of the series (Brotha).

Cant' speak of the other episodes cause haven't seen them outside of their first airings, but trying to play catch up on SCI-FI channel.

Remember the old lady that Desmond talked to in that episode, the one that pointed out the man with the red shoes? Is that the same old woman that was in the episode last night? Who is she?

I loved The Constant. It was such a fast-paced episode and the time-traveling aspect was great, not to mention that I love Desmond and Penny as a couple.

Yes it is the same woman. In the episode "Catch-22" Desmond's flashbacks show him in a monastary before he met Penny. The head monk has a picture on his desk where he and the old woman are next to each other. We don't know a name for her. Fans call her Ms. Hawking (Due to her knowledge of time travel) but...

There's a very big rumor in the lost world right now that she is Daniel's mother
