I'll start:

The Legion asked where his cape was and asked why he wasn't flying

Lightning Lad almost called him Superman

There was the Brainiac symbol on all the computer screens

There was the Legion flight Rings

The Persuader and his axe that can split an atom

the whole Doomsday thing, and the Legion's explanation of how he adapts to different plants (which is totally true and actually justifies his "human" form)

The Legion was going to bring Brainiac's remains back and build him into "Brainaic 5"

Brainiac 5 is actually a good guy, and a member of the Legion

According to Geoff Johns, the baseball thing actually came from an Action Comics issue.

I also took the whole "We've never heard of Chloe Sullivan" bit as a reference to the fact that she was never in the comics, just a character created for the show.

Lightning Lad makes a comment about how the baseball is for his sister.

That's all I saw (other than the ones previously mentioned).

i was shocked when they mentioned creating Braniac 5.i think the writers did a good job with this episode

i think this was one of the better written episode they've had in a while and this season is turning out allot better than the past few seasons

Nope it wasn't mentioned. Lana and the workers stood still without any words being mentioned. I think they are confusing it with Saturn Girl's telepathy. Also those infected usually have glowing red eyes. Lana and the daily planet didn't. Anti life also doesn't make people stand still, it makes them subservient to Darkseids will.

We should talk about continuity inconsistances. For example, how do they have flight rings before Brainiac 5 joins, he invents them. They should be using flight belts using the nth metal mon-el discovers
