Brainiac 5's hair?

This is probably a stupid idea, but I'll suggest it anyway. In the comics Brainiac 5 has blonde hair, right? So assuming we see Brainiac 5 on a future Smallville episode, wouldn't it be a fun twist if they say a strand of Chloe's blonde hair fell in that piece of Brainac the Legion took, and when it was re-programmed and grew into a human shape it grew blonde hair because of Chloe's hair strand? Maybe if Brainac 5 ever meets Chloe he could call her "mom"

(On the side note, the poster who said he was Colian was saying comics Brainiac V is an alien who comes from a race of green skinned super intelligent aliens. That's just ridiculous though. Next they will be saying Colossal Boy is really just a really big alien who's power is to shrink)

Maybe it could be a weird chemical reaction. The mix of Chloe's DNA and Brainiac programming means that he slowly turns organic and his skin changes colour. (you know like universal indicator on an acid):p

Look, original Silver Age Origin is he claims to be a descendant from Brainiac and wished to atone. Then it gets retconned... Somehow I knew there would be obscure Silver Age cannon support...Kisses Smallville writers.

More or less. There's always this feeling that he's a bit too calculating, and some lurking fear. He's arrogant and dismissive of other's intelligence much like Brainiac. He seems a bit machiavellian. In current continuity he grabbed Dreamgirl's corpse and kept in in suspended animation. Everyone thought that was a little disturbing.

I think right now he is the decendant of Vril Dox II who is a clone of Brainiac I. We'll know more when R.E.B.E.L.S is released because of Geoff Johns' Brainiac revamp.

Pre-Crisis B5 was quite cuddly even if he was arrogant and easily annoyed. There is that issue after supergirl died which is just fantastic. It shows that under all the bravado he is deeply insecure. He doesn't want people close. He loses his girlfriend and his best friend within 6 issues! He even contemplates suicide, in a kids comic! :(

The third B5 is just a magnificent ass. I love Cosmic Boy's face when he realises that B5 took the flight ring off Dream Girl's corpse and gave it to supergirl. Priceless:rotfl:

Heres my theories on how brainiac 5 will be green skinned if we ever see him and they keep him green on the show.

A.When removing what was left from brainiac from chloe they also got traces of meteor rock that had given her her original healing powers so in the future brainiac 5 is part of brainiac and part kryptonite so he looks human but with a green tint.
B. Brainiac 5 has decided that not only will he go by brainiac 5 as a reminder of what the other brainiacs did to clark/kal-el/superman he will also take a humanoid form with a green tint reminding others that if he were to go bad he could be as deadly to superman as kryptonite. This wouldn't be that far off since weve seen brainiac take several forms why couldn't brainiac 5 take the from of a human and change color if needed.

Perheps they could do an episode featuring Brainiac's return from the future and have Brainiac 5 be the one who comes after him?

The way I'd imagen the blond hair to come into the picture would be Brainiac 5 coming to the present, looking just like Brainiac, resulting in Clark attacking him, when he first spots Brainiac 5. Brainiac 5 would also possess all of Brainiac's abilities (Super strength, super speed, invulnerability, heat vision, x-ray vision, healing factor, super hearing, replication, shapeshifting, electronic manipulation, flight, biological manipulation, information absorption, mineral manipulation) and after the fight between him and Clark (when Clark finds out he's a good guy), he makes a choice to alter the color of his hair, in order to prevent this confusion in the future and makes himself blond.

Brainiac 5 shouldn't be identical to brainiac because he's joining a teen team and james is far too old looking. Secondly it would be more like the comics, B5 is not B1's doppelganger nor is he a robot. If smallville uses him again thats two things they need to overcome. I'd be fine if it was influenced by Chloe's DNA. Personally I'd love to see Jason Dohring take on the part should they decide to have legion back.
