Is Jor El no longer in the plans since he's been transported into the 31st century or will they extract him and send him back?

Is he in the 31st century?

Sure. Chloe drained the FOS of all of it's data and when CK called out for Jor El Chloeiac told him "Jor El is gone". I'm supposing he's in the ball and off to the future.

Is he in the 31st century?

Only if all of him went into Chloe. When he/she said "Jor El is gone" does that mean he was in her/him or is he destroyed? All that was in Chloeniac went into that ball and was taken into the 31st century but we don't know if all of the knowledge of the FOS was in there and of course, they could isolate that data in the 31st century and bring it back.

he'll be back, clark would be misguided and try to take over the world without him holding clarks hand. and i'm sure there's part of him in a crystal somewhere.

and i guess clark has the ring so there could be some time travel explanation

Great point. I didn't think of that. What an episode that could be if CK travels to the future where he is practically worshipped. That's a great point, I forgot about them leaving him the ring.

Why would Jor-El be in the ball? BrainIAC didn't consume the Jor-El AI, he just took over the FoS. In theory, once BrainIAC is removed from the FoS, Jor-El returns, no?

I think clark will take the key to the caves again and it may reload jor-el into the fos.

I'm assuming that since Fine has been taken out of Chloe once again and is in the future now that the FoS will go back to the way it was again. Unless Brainiac made a copy of himself or left a puddle of himself back at the Fortress...

well when clark gets the jor-el fos back he needs to make sure he somehow backsup all the info I mean if brainiac can take over the fos every other year then clark really needs to do something to stop brainiac from getting he info so easily. I understand if clark's going to the fos to find information out he isn't finding it out for himself that said when he doesn't have the fos he just turns to chloe who magicly tells him everything he needs to know to defeat the villian and honestly I'd rather the super computer/ai in the fos thats collected all the information in the 28 known galaxys tell clark what he needs to do the have a human randomly learn something and have to teach it to clark who is supposed to be super intelligent not look like a bda around humans.

He, through Chloe, uploaded all of the data from the FOS into his own databank. Jor El is a computer program just like Brainiac so when Brainy said "Jor El is gone" (through Chloe) that means to me that he uploaded Jor El into his database. Now that database is in the 31st century and as another poster pointed out, CK was left the ring and will have to go retrieve it.

Jor-El will be back. No one stays dead in this show for long especially long occurring characters.

Jor-El is inside a hidden file in one of the crystals. Clark can retreive it and re-program the Fortress.

That's an interesting angle. Perhaps when Chloeiac said "Jor El is gone" it meant that he/she couldn't find him. Perhaps Jor El had an emergency program just as he did when he shut down CK's powers when Lex tried to kill him. Still, there has to be a reason why they left Clark the ring that would bring him to the 31st century.

I don't worry about Jor-EL. As someone said (sorry, I don't remember the name)no one remains dead in SV ! It is pretty sure we will hear him again;)

That's a good question as to where Jor-El is. When Brainiac was taken out of Chloe, people came out of their trance, Davis/Doomsday woke up. The Fortress should have went back to it's original crystal self but it didn't and still looked damaged. Jor-El should have told Doomsday to get out of the Fortress like he told Bizarro. The next time we see the Fortress and it isn't fixed and we don't hear Jor-El speaking, I see another episode coming to set things right in the FOS.

Which may be why CK was given the ring that transports him to the 31st century. Perhaps Lois will get to see the future just as she saw the PZ?

I disagree. I think That Jor- El Is safe and sound in the Fortress. You re reading way too much into that line

i think the fortress is still tainted because Doomsday is still in the fortress. As others have said everyone was "freed" when brainiac was destroyed so i don't see why this wouldn't apply to the fortress. Hopefully they do cover this in the next few episodes but who knows.

Chloeiac said "Jor El is gone" which means either he/she couldn't find him or he/she disposed of him.
