I don't quite understand. If Clark erased her memories of his secrets...that should include anything about Brainiac and such, so how is it that she can say that she feels dumber? She shouldn't know that she had an IQ of a supercomputer light-years ahead.

I think that she acknowledged that Brainiac had possessed her and what not and now that the supercomputer is out of her head, she isn't able to access all of that information like she used to be able to.

Chloe said that she remembered everything before the wedding day (and since she was unconscious in that bit of Abyss when Clark removed her memories), she probably still had knowledge of when she was admitted out of Black Creek in Odyssey and also had knowledge all of those times that she used all of the brain power that Brainiac "gave" her in Toxic. Heck, I bet she even remembers who Sebastian Kane is...
