What!! Erica! I'm from Argentina and I watch new episodes of Smallville every Tuesday night and only 6 weeks after it airs in the US. Also, Warner Channel airs old episodes every day, from the Pilot to s6 and then they start all over again. There is no way you could miss that! (unless you didn't have cable). By the way, where did you stay?

Exactly, I like to watch the show with good quality visual and sound. It makes the experience so much better. I thought we were going to be in sync with the American viewers when E4 continue to show season 8 Smallville during the hiatus but nooooo, they decide to stuff us with the above garbage!!

no i mean, i guess that was actually part of the greatness of it, that it isn't supposed to be taken too seriously and that the acting reflects it's almost self mocking tones... i guess it got even worse because i HATE Catherine Tate and that kind of humour so i didn't enjoy it much

i very much prefer Torchwood, which seems to just be a better quality, more interesting and engaging show

then again, i've just said all that, but i find Smallville quite badly written and acted sometimes and still enjoy it!

:lol: I sort of agree with you here, along as you are only talking about the last 3 doctors. I really loved the old ones (Pertwee and Baker) but these recent ones I just can't get into at all. They are like kiddy versions of Doctor Who.

I agree about Tate.

But i think I can honestly say my most hated British program/comedy show at the minute is Little Britain. I absolutely hate it and am sort of embarrassed that they are now showing it in America, as if this is the best British shows can offer when it is probably the least funny show ever. Bring back shows like Father Ted and Blackadder if you ask me.:)
