Well I think of it like this, if you ever watched Smallville, whenever Clark got on red kryptonite he pretty much went into womanizer type mode.

If dark chuck comes, one of the things i guess he would do if he was really in love with sarah which i believe he is, he would drop all this nonsense about being an assest and go right after her.

It would be cool to see him to do some bad stuff as well

Yea, the writers for Chuck are really good imo. They have great comedy, great romance, and great story line ideas!

Sarah: Chuck what are you doing? (as she pull away a tad bit)
Chuck: Just selling our cover
Sarah: Well I think that might have been just a little more than selling our cover
Cuck: Come on Sarah, we've been together almost two years
Sarah: (surprisingly, yet happily grins at Chuck)

How about this. How Chuck might get "The Dark Intersect"

Chuck is strapped to a chair, he only has his underwear on as the agent positions, a computer in front of him.

Fulcrum Agent: This is incredible, I never imagined this, thousands of images and information stored in one human mind, your special Chuck, the last few subjects went insane and died because of that but you, your something else"

[Casey and Sarah look in horror in containment]

Chuck: What are you going to do me?

Fulcrum Agent: I'm going to give the dark intersect, our own little intersect, we figured if we can't get the intersect why not build one of our own.

He switches on the computer, suddenly all these images flash before Chuck, horrible and terrifying images, Chuck can't resist, the images are downloaded into his mind. He groans as the process continues, he screams as the process finishes, he collapses in the chair, apparently dead.
