Noah Gray - can he possibly still exist?

yeah sylar had a kid in an alternate future but it was left to our imaginations as to who the mom could have been. we saw sylar with elle but obviously that didn't come to pass. it's possible that at one point she could have been noah's mom but then why would the kid's name be noah? i don't get why sylar nor elle would name the kid noah. so maybe it was another girl. but who, maya? no. same thing. why would they name the kid noah. then i kept thinking what if the kid's mom is claire. i know she shows up and all hell breaks loose and it all ends with sylar destroying everything, but is it possible that in this alternate timeline claire gave everything up just to go after super powered fugitives and she ends up causing the death of her own son by accident which sends sylar into nucleur meltdown. it's possible that sometime in the future something happens between sylar and claire and they end up having noah. who claire names after her dad. it's possible on this crazy show.

some time back i had read a rumor about naoh gray showing up in the modern world. somehow he time travels to the present to try and prevent something catastrophic from happening. sounds like something out of DBZ but that's what i read and i hope it was only a false rumor cuz i really don't think they should dwell too much on the time traveling storylines.

I don't think a four year-old will time travel to try and fix things. We already have two time travelers and possibly a third coming in. I seriously doubt Claire will do anything with him, after she thought he was her uncle. She's gonna need therapy.

Did she ever think he was her uncle? I don't remember anybody telling her. I was waiting to find her reacation when she found out but Noah ruin that.

i wasn't talking about a 4 year old version of noah gray. who in the world would even think a kid would time travel to try and save the world on his own. i was talking about a grown up version. somewhere in his late teens, early twenties. maybe even the same age as sylar.

I think Sylar named his son Noah and mother of Noah must be Elle as he said in Bennet house Sylar wanted to be like HRG he wanted house family and nice life in the future he just didnt have wife so for me is Sylar/Claire relationship bigger science fiction than Elles ressurection but I still wonder what power could have little noah maybe he knows how things work:D

but there is already an error in there... he died as a kid... so how could he possibly after dying grow up to become a teen or twenty year-old to then time travel into the past and meet his psychopathic dad... to prevent something bad from happening... although it would make much more sense if let's say the future was altered... and evil!clair and her goons never made it to future!gabriel and noah... therefore never killing the kid... ... ok, yes now i agree with you... so it would be possible...

but i still dont really think that clair would have anything (physically) to do with sylar... the guy tried to kill her on so many occassions and then scalped her... :eek: yup... she would need total therapy if something ever did happen between them....

I think it is Clair's kid. Sylar was living at the Bennet house and the kid was named Noah. I think it will still hapen i don't see how peter changed anything to alter that future. But I guess the writers could go either way with it.

Except Sylar isn't good anymore, unless he keeps switching from good to bad. I wish they didn't go the turning a new leaf thing so soon. I'd rather it happened later in season 3 or even season four.

i think the future peter saw was at some point a possibility... and now that sylar is evil again, killed elle (the only woman I believe could have been together with him long enough to make a kid with, just because she knew what or who he was... and was still willing to be together with him ) that possibility will never be real again...

i don't think it'll come up again... becasue i really can't imagine claire being the mother... give me one good explanation... one that falls into place and explains it all... (and don't give me the 'they are drunk' scenario) and you might even convince me...

Why would they make Elle the mother. none of it makes sense like giving the kid the name Noah and living in the Bennet house. none of that has anything to do with Elle.

Also, another reason I don't think it is Elle's kid is why would the writers tie up a posible future with someone that isn't going to be on the show for the long haul.

I rewatched the future scene where Claire, Knox, and Daphne show up at Sylar's home and I watched for any clue on who the mother was and I couldn't find many clues. I looked for pictures but couldn't find any.

I did see Sylar give Claire a look when she showed up. I'm not sure what it meant though if anything.

Was that Mr. Muggles there living with Sylar in that future?

There is nothing to suggest that Sylar ended up with any of the people currently on the show. Sylar and Claire together? I don't think so. They have a few times where Sylar is made to look like he is going to turn out good, and then it's all a lie anyways. Besides, that future timeline is now null and void. For one, Daphne is dead.

I realize that the Scene could not go down like that since they dead but it is unknown what was changed and what remains the same in the future now.

No. The mother was Elle.
Claire: as the mother, no. Ew.
Daphne: She was in the episode with Noah. She didn't seemed concerned at all for the child.
Noah's age at the time makes sense for it to have been Elle.

As for naming the kid Noah, well Bennett did introduce Sylar to Elle/ Elle to Sylar.. :lol:

I realize that the Scene could not go down like that since they dead but it is unknown what was changed and what remains the same in the future now.

Some things that were changed
-- giving out powers to the general population (the major reason Future Peter travelled back in time)
-- Knox being alive
-- Matt being in a relationship with Daphne (if I remember correctly, they were married)
-- Daphne being alive, but was killed at that time
-- Sylar controlling his hunger and becoming a model citizen (maybe)
-- Present Peter having multiple powers (maybe)

I'm not sure what remains the same, assuming anything does. I'll have to wait until season 3 comes out on DVD so I can watch voume 3 again. The future timeline was changed the moment Future Peter shot Nathan at his press conference in the season premier. I think that's what Angela was specifically refering to when she warned Future Peter of the butterfly effect. Unlike the episode Five Years Gone, so much has changed from Future Peter's timeline that it seems almost impossible to revisit.

Just because that future can't come about like that dosen't mean that Sylar can't have a kid in the future that is going to happen now. Even if Sylar is evil in the future now that dosen't rule out him having a kid. There are evil people all over the world who have kids.

Maybe that Sylar came from a future where Noah never told him they were'nt his real parents. He may have had a kid with Elle. The mom had to been a blond which mean Maya can't be the mother. Wonder if the Nathan in that timeline treated Sylar like his brother instead of calling him a psyco. As for Noah maybe he absored people powers by electricty.

I wish they elaborated more on the Sylar/Nathan relationship cause it seemed Peter and Sylar were close. Oh well. I wish they would've waited to do the Sylar good angle but then again next volume is redemption.
