Well, Daphne can only travel through time because Ando amplifies her speed until she goes beyond the speed of light. It's not a new power, so Elle for example wouldn't be able to control clouds, since she generates electricity and doesn't control it.

What would probably happen would be something similar to when Meredith was injected with adrenaline. If you remember, when Ando did it to Parker, he couldn't control the power and ended up in pain from the noise of the city. When it happened to Daphne she wasn't trying to run anywhere, she just moved and was gone. What we need to know is whether Ando can control the amount of boost he gives or not. If he can, then he could power someone like Elle up so she could shoot a mega blast and be fine, but if he can't her power will just go crazy.

Clair for example, I think her healing would be so powerful she would heal instantly, making her almost invulnerable. So for example, while now you could stab her with a sword and it would go through her, while boosted as soon as the blade hit her skin it would heal and force the blade out, so no matter the force used it wouldn't make her bleed, as if she had infinite layers of skin.

With a power like Hiro's, the only thing I could think of is he might be able to control space and time locally, so he could stop time for a person or an object, but have everything else continue on normally.

Nobody responed to my Issack one but i'll responed to yours. I think there's a possiablity Peter could actually die if Ando charge Peter up. He would asbored so many abillites porbablity every abillity in the city plus the ones he already have would all go crazy. It could cause alot of stress on his mind putting him into a deep coma. Just a thought. Think about Bizzaro with blue krytonite. It gaved him so much power his body could not contain it. Same could happen to Peter. Just a thought I had. Anybody here agree with me?

Ando + Issack if he was alive Issac would be able to see hundreds of years into the future and with enough control ( even with out amplification) in a fight he could see/ feel attacks before they happen. i.e dodging a punch because he knew where it was coming from.

holy cow. i just realized something. but what if some new villian with a major power (it could also be a current villian) found out about ando's power. they could kidnap him and force him to amplify their power. although i'm sure ando might not give in so easily, even if tortured. then again who knows.

well to be fair it will be an offensive power once he learns that it can be. he amps people up...sure but that is electricity running all over his body. he is the red elle. im surprised hiro hasn't told him about that or the fact that this is the power he uses to kill hiro in the future...Depending on if that future even happens now...what was the destructive force/event in that future. I remember growling like from cloverfield....could that be the big honkin monster from the 9th Wonders comics or are they just going to leave that in the past.
