No, Peter will never figure out that Nathan is completely bad. Because your TRUE heroes, like Superman and Batman and other make-believe heroes, never give up on their ideals, which mean they never give up on others either.

Well, Batman might be a bad example, but he still holds himself and others to his ideals. Peter will always believe that Nathan can be redeemed. Even if he can't.
