We don't see it either, but we have proof that the characters went there with items that they have and the main character says it.

Then in both Nemesis (Lana plays a clip on Lex's laptop) and Prototype (Lionel plays the same clip on his laptop) we see a South African woman and hear her male partner on the video before the phantom attacks them both. It can be assumed that someone from Luthorcorp went there to retrieve the tape from the couple's video camera.

-Lionel, Clark, and Kara (three, but the clue said possibly more) were all there.
-Lionel owned the place according to the documents, so it doesn't fit the third clue...
