Will Chuck flash on his dad?

So, in the last episode, Chuck talked about how his dad was an unusual man, an engineer . . . leads me to think he was probably very smart, and quirky . . . considering one of his kids is a dr. and the other has a degree from stanford, doesn't seem much of a stretch

Then he said they used to get cards and calls, and then one day they just stopped . . . so did his dad get pulled into some bad business building weapons, tech stuff? perhaps he works for the nsa or cia?

Would be interesting for Sarah/Casey/Chuck to find him, and then Chuck have a flash, but not be able to tell his sister why their dad was gone for so long, but still manage to get him to be in the wedding

I honestly hope his dad isn't wrapped up in anything super secret. Then it would really seem that everyong in Chuck's life really is involved in the spy world. However, this may be the case...and he will have to keep a MAJOR secret from sis. Sad.

I had the same thought. Why would they have Chuck mention that he was an engineer. Seems like an odd piece of information to give if it wasn't relevant.

I think we will definitely find out that Chuck's dad is involved in some sort of spy thing.
