I was half expecting him to Hulk out.
He may have more powers, but the strength looks impressive so far.

He was on the series "The 4400 (http://www.usanetwork.com/series/the4400/)".

That series was also about gaining "Super Powers", towards the end of the series, people were getting powers via an injection. They either gained a power, or it would kill them.

I knew it was him! :) Kinda funny that he's on this show since a lot of people compare it to the 4400 :)

I was half expecting him to Hulk out.

I'm surprised, I thought it was really obvious what was going to happen given the setup:
Soldier wanted to do more for the army and his country, but was unable to.
Willing to sign up for an experimental drug in order to help win the war.

Thus creating... Captain America! :)
