So someone want to explain this one to me because to me this seems like a really bad case of continuity ignorance. We've already seen it with Sylar turning into a killer at the same time Charlie was supposed to be killed by him, but whatever. Maybe we misinterpreted it. Maybe. But I can let that go. Here's where I can't though. Mohinder. Is. Human. How? In the future we see Peter meet up with the super mutated version of Mohinder. He admits his mistake, and it seems to be that it's too late for him and his slithering physique. However, a simple eclipse makes things all better again for him back in the present. His mutation is gone, and he's human once more. Again, how? Are you telling me that this whole time there hasn't been one single lunar eclipse to take away his mutancy? What's going on? Someone tell me.

Who is Charlie?
I think it was pretty much explained when we saw Daphne in the end of the episode,
not only does it take the abilities away but transforms their bodies back to their normal state.

The person with with photographic memory, who Hiro fell in love with in the first season, and was killed by Sylar.
No I got that much, but what I'm wondering is how it DIDN'T happen in the future, but DID happen in the past.
Litle bit more bizarre

I think after eclipse it will be everything back but it funny to see Sylar whithout hunger and HRG as a real thread for him

For now, when the Eclipse is over, he will be back to Spider-Man.

This was the first thing on my list of signs. I really liked Heroes.

Well, it's fairly obvious the eclipse only temporarily removes powers, or all the characters would be normal and boring.
Mohinder said he could feel himself getting ready to change, which is why he was cocooned, he was going to do a full transformation. The only reason he woke up from his cocoon is because the eclipse took his powers away, and his scales and such area side effect of his power. As soon as the eclipse is gone, he'll go back to being weird, and probably cocoon himself again then completely transform.

If I was mohinder I would so kill Flint after I got my powers back. I would start by braking his arm so he could'nt create fire.
