sry if this has been explained before but i was a bit confused by this episode so could someone explain all we have learned or has happened?

Lana: everythign that basically happened with her at all

Chloe: ending- reinfected by brainiac or what?

Doomsday: brainiac controlled?

lex: was that him at the end?

so much more but mainly the ending i was so confused and if that was supposed to be lex it wasnt very good
