They were probably referring to what ever his codename would have been for the wedding preparation. And no she didn't give him a codename, at least not one that she said on screen. Maybe she figured Smallville was sufficient for him as opposed to the fairy tale character names she was coming up for everyone else.

As this poll is under the "Bride" section I think it would be above even my normal par of insanity to ask about what his code name was in Justice... which was in season 6, for the record.
