Did I miss something in an earlier episode? Do we know who that guy on Oliver's jet was?

He was no one important, just the pilot. We may or may not see him again on Smallville.

More to the point he is the replacement of Cyborg in this episode.

I dont think he was anyone...we probably wont see him again.
Would have been awesome if it was Mr. Terrific though. Since he is a technology buff
OK, it has been bugging me for a while now. Who was that balding guy on the plane who downloaded the data from the router? It has to be a member of the JLA right? I say this because Oliver was talking openly about Clark on the plane and this guy could clearly overhear. Oliver wouldn't risk Clark's secret that way. Also, the way Baldie spoke to Ollie, I have to believe he was NOT an employee. They spoke more like peers. I went back and froze the screen on this guy in an effort to get a hint from his brown t-shirt but no luck! So anyone have any ideas?
Thx, G

No idea who it is, but I was concerned with Oliver seeming very nonchalant about discussing Clark and obviously his abilities with that guy within hearing distance.

I thought he was the Pilot, and he didn't hear the convo till Oliver banged on the desk.
Of course, that doesn't explain how he would know to download the Router!

I laughed when the bald guy popped out from behind the curtain with the solution, it was so random.

How do we know this guy didn't hear something about Clark. Even if he didn't, he could have and Ollie seemingly didn't care. I'm concerned about this guy out of nowhere as well. We might not see the last of him.

after watching the episode, i have the same question: who is this guy???? apparently he knows about Green Arrow and possibly about Clark Kent´s abilities. Besides, his explanation about downloading information from the router was ¿¿??? ..... what can i say, it was no solid...

I thought that was pretty random, myself. It seemed to me it was just a convenient way to move things along but I think a better route could have been taken. But who knows? Maybe there is more to this guy than they showed.

Originally the spoilers said Cyborg would be in this episode then craig said that ne no longer would be maybe ps3 couldn't get cyborg for this episode for whatever reason so they just had the pilot have some kind of technopathy so he could take the info from the router. Maybe he will be smallville's version of a hank henshaw a meteor freak with technopathy who is badly injured and has to use his abilty with machines to build him a new body and blames clark for being injured and having to make himself a new body so he becomes a cyborg half human have technology and uses his technopathy and other abilities to wreak havoc in metropolis and he wouldn't have to look like superman to frame the superdude since noone knows what the hero looks like so Hank or whatever the pilot's name could turn metropolis against the superdude as lois calls him now and clark has to find a way to prove to metropolis that he's really a hero and here to protect the world.

I have to admit, I also wondered how the hell he downloaded information from an unpowered router using what looked to me to be a vehicle keyfob, but I kinda let that one slide :p

well i dont see it as any different from Dr Swann... he let's his staff know important information but it never leaves his office/company

Probably a close coworker of Olivers, but without the highest clearance of security so to speak, in order words he does stuff for Oliver but not JL related, or at least not to his own knowledge!

That's so funny. It was supposed to be Cyborg behind the curtain, so they just replace him with this random guy and move on

It's funny. I was watching it with my sister and when she saw him she asked ''Who's this guy? Where did he come from?''. His apparition was pretty random.

I wanted to ask the same thing. Did Ollie betray Clark's secret for his greed for the info in the router? Or is that guy someone who Clark told his secret to in offscreenville?

Probably someone clark told offscreen since we all know its safe for strangers to know his secret but not for his friends that he truly cares about and wants to be able to protect.

Hahaha, that would be pretty funny.
Clark: Hey man, I have "abilities"...
Random guy: Wha?
Clark benchpresses car.
Random guy: OMG!
Clark: Don't tell anyone!!
Clark speeds away.

Well clark is always revealing his secret to random characters with little to no though about it and them having the info comes to bite him in the butt whereas when his friends or family know he freaks out that it could ruin thier lifes.
