i loved SO many scenes...i LOVED the clois dancing and the almost kiss...i just knew lana was going to walk in. i love her hair! she spent seven years with the same hair style, it was nice to see it look different. i liked the ending with chloe in the fortress. i just hope she gets her memory back somehow:( there were too many great scenes to choose from, the chlark, clois and clana were all very well done. doomsday was awesom!

I have so many favorite parts!

I liked Doomsday crashing the wedding. I liked the talk between Lois and Oliver. It was one of the best scenes of the whole episode. Everything Clois. Other: All the wonderful Chimmy! Doomsday/Chloe, Davis' frantic fear upon realizing who he was. Wow that broke my heart. I love the beginning with the videotape. More suspenseful and ominous than the actual episode. LOL!

Every scene Lois was in was great. The scene where Clark read's Jimmy's vows would have been my favorite, but I had already been spoiled. I Liked her reaction to Clark saving and giving back to Chloe that flower. There was no ackwardness or jealousy; it just endeared him to her more. And her conversation with Oliver was great. Basically, people are acting like adults now and I don't think we'll see any petty jealousies from Oliver or Chloe.

Lois Lane has never claimed to be a saint... thank goodness! 'Cause then how boring would that be? At least she's not manic depressive and a raging alcoholic. She just got her heart stepped on for goodness sakes, so I think she deserves to be given the benefit of the doubt! :p

I honestly starting to not stand all the complaining on these forums. I know everyone has their own right to their own opinion and I respect that. Also at least it looked almost completly looked like DD and not SW with make-up on. He looked great for a TV on SV budget. Lois says, while helping Clark put on his cufflinks, "You just have to make sure this part sticks up straight, and then it slides right in." OMG so cute. Lois thinking Clark is stating his feelings to Lois when he is just reading Jimmy's vows and when she turns around, Clark sees the disappointment in Lois's face. (Sorry about the bad sentence structure lol)

- THE ALMOST KISS!!!!! But, how would she have reacted when she recognizes the kiss?

- The Oliver/Lois scene. Especially when he KNOWS she was talking about Clark.

This episode has completely MADE season 8 for me AND negated everything I hated about season 7.

Rejection? somehow I think not. You could see clark didnt want her to go especially when she actualy left, she wasnt just going because of him, she was going to be beside Jimmy. Clark wasnt going to selfishly stop this just because he has feelings for her.

He showed more emotion towards Lois in that closing scene than he did Lana.

Secondly we have the song "Dont Take Your Love Away" start, and because its a man singing in typical smallville fashion its the male's PoV/analyzing the situation for the male.

As Lois walks away, clark's PoV:

I would say Clark & Lana Reunite...there there I KNOW CLANA will never be together ever again but it was a nice heart-felt scene between them. Think about it, it's not easy to have a good old reunion conversation w/ the one u used to love so deeply and was so emotionally attached to. I tho both played it well. Clark and Lana had so many, numerous heart-felt conversation where they could never settle anything or solve their problems. I think rite now they're slowly on the road to solving that problem TOGETHER. I guess not being a couple is the only solution to their problem.

davis turning into doomsday. it was really sad and creepy seeing him trying to clean up some of his post-rampage mess. the bags of blood and body parts still make me cringe every time I watch that scene. so even though it was a terrible scene (in terms of what was happening) it was one of the best in the episode because I couldn't look away. I really felt for him. Why didn't Chloe pick up the phone?!

Other good stuff: Clark walking Chloe down the ... stairs. Very sweet moment.

And we can't forget Doomsday crashing the party. But what bad timing! All that had to happen on their WEDDING DAY? just awful..

This my be OT but Lois hitting the bottle was brought up in a post.

Up until this season, I was not a fan of the way Lois has been protrayed on Smallville. It was like after they got her on the show, they did not know what to do with her.

So they made her a hard drinking, college drop out who started dating and kissing every new superhero or clone on the show. Remember Aquaman, green arrow and Grant.

But this season, thanks maybe to PS3 and the removal of Lana, Lois's character has been made softer and more vulnerable. I like when she told Clark at the DP, that getting the story was not as important to her as getting the truth.

There were so many scenes that I liked, I can't choose just one.

I loved all Clois scenes ... esp dance and almost kissing.
Lois scene with oliver at the porch.
I loved the scene when Clark gives chloe 'something borrowed'; Flower that she gave him on their freshmen year homecoming dance.
Then there was chloe and clark dance.

Clark is immature because his heart is torn? Wow, what does that say about practically everybody? I don't like Lois at all, but I did empathize with her in Bride; realizing that she had "those kind of feelings" for Clark, the energy between them suggesting that something could happen, and then BAM! The love he hasn't quite put behind him appears and yanks the rug out from under her. These are great dramatic moments. And as long as my heart isn't being trampled on, I enjoy them. :lol:

Many good scenes in this episode. Possibly the best mid-season finale. All the Doomsday stuff was incredible and it was well balanced with Clois. The talk between Lois and Oliver on the porch is again one of the best on the show. As for Clark and Lana...I thought they acted pretty mature, it's only later when they get together again it gets annoying or would have if it had continued further. Anyways, Doomsday carrying Chloe to the fortress was a brilliant way to to end Bride along with Lex watching the events from behind the scenes.
