What exactly is the legal age to drive in Kansas??

I find it hard to believe that it's 14, and yet, Chloe is driving by the end of Season 1, and Clark as well.

And early in Season 2, Pete does too.

What's the deal? Did Sherriff Eithan simply not care?

in many states kids can drive at 15 1/2 yrs old. I dont think Clark falls into that category in season 1 but Pete and chloe probably do.

I'm not 100% sure but I think in Kansas you can get a learners permit at 14 and then a regular license at 15

Yes as i was watching this during the summer i found it hard to beleive so i checked it up on the web. the legal age is 15 in kansas but i guess they made an acception for CK:)
