Oh this is hard. I'm leaning toward Lois because she had the largest emotional arc in this episode. I REALLY want to vote for Chloe because... well... she's the title character. LOL! Davis did a wonderful job with the little that he had in this episode. The whole cast was great really. Jimmy <3. Justin Hartley finally got to have a scene with Lana. He said he wanted one during the Siren commentary. Clark... of course. Oh... I'm voting Lois but... it was a really tough choice.

I'm gonna have to go with Lana on this one. I didn't miss her at all, but she had such a different vibe this episode. It was really great seeing her a stronger and more confident person. She's barely been back and already she's lying to Clark. Makes me wonder what her agenda really is and if she's the one who stole the crystal from Tess and sent to Clark.

Lois was great this episode but I am sticking with my vote for Clark.

The biggest reasons were:

1. how smooth and self-assured he was when he took Lois by the hand and motioned to dance with her and then gazed into her eyes and almost-kissed her. He was so deliberate. It was lovely to watch.

Also, again he was so deliberate with Lana. He was so calm, cool, and collected with Lana even though he showed emotion and was able to have a grown up conversation with her.

But, I voted Lois, because I thought she shined tonight. From the whole planning the wedding; convo with Jimmy; moment with Chloe; breakdown with Ollie; breakdown at the end with Clark; and the selfless act of going to Star City with Jimmy - on behalf of Chloe.

She was a genuinely decent person in tonight's episode. I wish she'd tone it down with her intense love for Clark, though. THAT is freaking me out a bit.

Have I said Lana yet? If not, then I do so now. In her few minutes on the screen, she sunk lois' premature ship and yet Lana showed herself mature, intelligent, and still having a bond with Clarkman. And he showed a remaining connection to Lana that lois can only fantasize about.

Just get Lana a hairdo that does justice to her beautiful mane. (Clarkman had a enjoyable time checking out her backside up in the loft, good on him. She made the Earth move for him...)

Yes, but it believe it was intentionally done. This was doomsday's very first appearance. We never saw him before and they wanted to tease us. It is too early in the season and DD is a season villain. Next time we'll probably get some showdown between him and Clark.

I'll repeat what half of us have said but Erica was amaizing. She was by far the most important character in this episode she had a lot of hard acting to pull off.

I'm really very demanding when acting is concerned, and this season Erica's performance was by far the best I've ever seen. I wasn't an erica fan until this season, but she's changed not only my mind with a mind-blowing performance but I also have a big crush on her right now (yeah! I know she's married :D )

Lana looked nice but I don't think Smallville needs her any more.

In my opinion, Lois, Doomy, Ollie, Jimmy, Clark and Chloe ( Thats my order from best to worst)was great and awesome. The worst was Lana! She just bored me to death! She was the least exciting and i choose the power "freedom of choice" and hit the mute on my remote just as i fast foward her scenes on dvd! I never though that Clana had any chermisty in the whole 8 years of the show! I tried to give her a chance because even though i hate her character, KK is usually an ok actress but bride, i felt embrassed for her because they tried to make her seem remorseful and intellgent and you can see right through the fakeness that she is not!
