View Full Version : Who will say "Trust me"?

I am certain that there has never been an episode of Smallville where at least one of the characters didn't utter the term "trust me". My all time high is four times in one episode. I wonder if the writers don't have a bet going on how many times they can get that phrase into an episode. It will be in Bride also..........trust me.

Lana. I think it will be that she will tell Clark that if he really wants Lois that he should tell her his secret. Something like:

Lana: Trust me, Clark. If you really want to be with Lois, you should tell her. She can handle it. If it's meant to be, then she'll understand.

Did you think about the videotape of this wedding?Wow!!!They could to make a movie out of it ;)

Trust me...is a word familiar for Lana,she'll say something stupid like this."Trust me,Clark!I left because I had to,it was the only way to protect you!"

Every character has said it and I almost think it's some kind of a challenge for the writers to make sure at least one character in every episode says "Trust Me". I think this epsiode will have multiple spoutings of the required verbage.

Oh man. My hubby and I are rewatching Smallville during the break, so now I'm going to have to look for this in all the past episodes!

I counted three; Jimmy with Lois, Chloe and then Lois did it or was it Lana? I forget the third one but there was three. You'll just have to trust me.

Oh man. My hubby and I are rewatching Smallville during the break, so now I'm going to have to look for this in all the past episodes!

I don't think there's been an episode without "trust me" in over three seasons. I'm convinced that the writers are having fun with that.

Jimmy said it to Lois, Chloe said it to Lois and Lois said it to Oliver. I just rewatched it to make sure.
