I loved Clark giving Chloe the flower from the SPRING FORMAL! *sigh*
She and Clark had a lovely moment. Also... I enjoyed their dance. I liked that Chloe picked up on Clark's vibe. It was sad when she said she'd never forget.
Chlark scenes were nice. Chloe was very happy:)

the words Disgusting & Cruel are first to come to mind. they were unnecessary, bordering on malicious. I hate the ones who put the scenes together this week

I liked the scene with clark giving her the flower. I just wish Lois wasnt in it and we could of got a better chlark moment out of it.

The great thing about that scene was Clark's focus on Chloe.

I loved the flower moment...the dance was weird. Only because they start it by saying "This is weird, huh?"

I love the way Clark was looking at her during the dance, especially toward the end. But I can understand why they would find the situation a little weird.

I'm disgusted with Clark. He looks like a cold, ignorant fool. He lets Chloe marry with a memory wipe, he shows no remorse for what he did & his reason? Chloe's safety? His choice has just the opposite effect.
Clark put her in danger, then he stands around with Lana & Lois? UGH!

Clark and Chloe had some sweet moments together. I was pleasantly surprised how he kept the rose she gave him in 9th grade. She lovingly put it in her bouquet. They had a nice dance altho cut short by Jimmy who seems to still have a jealous thing going. Best friend that Clark could have had is a compliment to take to heart. "Had" might be some foreshadowing of their relationship in the future but I hope not. Clark giving Chloe away with his brightest smile showed his pride in her and their friendship. Giving up his home and barn for the wedding was a nice touch being how private he usually is. Clark has deep friendship feelings for Chloe and it is mutual which makes their relationship so special.

I've always felt that Chloe & Clark are the heart of Smallville. It's a relationship built over time, facing adversity together, & saving each other over & over again.
They do love each other. It's so sad to see their closeness destroyed.

There was not enough Chlark. I did like Clark keeping the flower from the dance. So sweet.

I was pretending in my head as they walked down the stairs...that they were getting married...did anyone else imagine that too? it was so easy to do with that scene:rolleyes:

I enjoyed the visual of them walking as bride and groom (minus the veil). :D
I asked this question in the Clois thread, but should have asked here:
What did you think about Chloe's memory loss, within the context of Lana coming back? I think that this is something that happened in order to give Lana a chance to shine & prove herself as Clark's number one confidante.... if you think of it, Chloe would have saved Clark if he hadn't wiped her memories (bet he's regretting it now!) so do you think that I'm right?

I never thought of it that way but you may have a point because if Chloe doesnt' know Clark's secret then it is a question of who will become the secret keeper.
I think the show has established that Ollie would not be his closest confidante because he is uncomfortable the alien stuff. So, it would not surprise me if the writers take this opportunity to see how Lana (and possibly others) would fulfill the role of secret keeper.
Although, IMO, anyone else who tries that fill that role will fail because it is a special dynamic forged between Clark. So, I think the writers will show that only Chloe will successfully fulfill the role. Time will tell if I am right.

Yeah, especially the one, where they dance! And I was quite happy to see that she still had some memories concerning the supernatural occurances around the world! So there may be some hope still! And it was great how Lana told Clark she would never forgive him if he ever did something like that to her, which again proves that he made the wrong choice and although he behaved near perfectly on all accounts, except checking up on Lois like he did with Lana, in this episode he is still not out of the doghouse as far as I am concerned!

I do think that a point is going to come where Chloe knows the secret again. (Honestly, I can't quite imagine "SV" working out with her not knowing the secret.)
But I feel that - if it happens - it'll happen after Lana's arc. I think this is going to give Lana a chance to have her "redemption" right before her final good-bye. I don't know who'll do it better (knowing "SV", they'll probably make it Lana) but I do think that Lana couldn't have shined without Chloe having to take this hit. Because Chloe has to be pushed aside for Lana to take on her "canon" role.
Seems like Lois is not the only getting screwed by Lana's arc. :\
